Its not a bad watch considering how cheap it is obviously if you want the best you have to pay top price but for £40 its quit good steps are quit accurate only thing is if your pushing a pram or shopping trolly it wont count as i think you have to move your arms for it to count. It gives you how long and how deep you slept provides your heart rate blood pressure the app for the phone is quit good to. My only drawback is i wasnt that keen on the watch face but i can live with that. This is my first smart watch which i bought mainly so i could track my heart rate on a run but i was surprised at how much else it could dothe watch came in quite a plain cardboard box which looked nice, and inside this the watch and accessories were nicely packed into a plastic moulded box with lid.
