We have had our watch which we have been very happy with since june but unfortunately the two small pins on the strap have snapped, would it be possible to exchange this item or send a new strap, thank you.
For the price of the smart watch i must say it is good and you get what you are paying for. It looks very nice on the hand which is always nice and looks more expensive than it is. The battery life is good so you wont have to charge it very often. The touch screen is very responsive so you have to press it gently which is good. It is also very easy to use. I connected it to my phone which i found very useful and fun to use. The tracking of everything seems to be accurate so far.
So far one of the best smart watch in market for this price range. Has cool function then taking picture on your phone you can view image on your watch. Large battery and pretty easy to connect with your phone. New stylish design which look good on your hand.

I bought 2 different smart watches as i couldn’t choose between them & was going to try them out then return one of them. I was fully prepared for this one to be awful for the price but can’t believe how much it does & it doesn’t look cheap at all. The screen is really clear & it’s really user friendly. It was no problem popping a sim card in & using it for calls & texts–i love that it can be used as a standalone phone as well as syncing up with an existing one. The pedometer is a traditional step counter that you turn on & off when needed rather than automatically counting all steps, but that’s fine for my purposes. I think i’ll get a stylus though to help with accuracy on the touch screen.
This is the first time i bought a smart watch. This watch must have exceeded expectations. The battery life is very good. The advantage of the battery being able to last so long is that it allows me to track my sleep and recharge easily, because i just need to plug it into my working computer. I also connected my watch to my mobile phone and downloaded the recommended application. You can access your information through your watch and answer the phone.
For the price of the smartwatch i did not expect so much but instead i was pleasantly surprised. The smartwatch is good quality and design. There are alot of functionalities. It is possibile to take photos, telephone call, whatsapp, facebook and many others. The resolution of the screen is acceptable for the money spent. But the main think is that the touch screen is very precise. This for me is one the most important thing. Also the size of the screen is good and this facilitate the usage of it.

This watch has good value for money as its battery can last for a longer time than i thought and its great waterproof function.

A nice looking smart watch made of durable materials. The battery life is very impressive and lasts for more than 24 hours unlike most other smart watches out there. The touchscreen is surprisingly very responsive, scrolling through different pages is simply a breeze. The is refined and with the recommended apps downloaded and installed, sends the phone’s notifications. My feature is the loud speaker functionality, phone calls can be made and received via the watch even without touching the phone. Overall, a great inexpensive device and worth it’s pricing.

I bought as a gift and i was surprised gettting a product like this so cheap. You can even answer calls from your watch as it has speaker on it or put a sim card so you don’t need your phone with it. I recommend it if you are always wanted a smartwatch but don’t want to spend a lot of money.
Great smart watch for the price. There are bluetooth notifier apps you can download on iphone to use some of those features. Love being able to take calls and listen to music on the watch. I don’t have a gsm sim card but might have to pick one up to try out those features. The battery life is pretty solid. I have large hands, and it’s still really easy for me to use the touch screen, which is quite sensitive.
I bought this smart watch last week, because i never had one and i did not want to loose my money with expensives brands like samsung or apple, so i followed the reviews and the price for buying this tagobee. And i can say that after using it for a few days i am happy with it, you can not ask for more for the price that it has. It is ergonomic and the closure that it has is very comfortable and very quick to put on and take off. The screen is large and the touch responds perfectly to the pulsation, is very sensitive, i hope it continues like this. It has a usb charging socket on the side, and the battery holds up perfectly. Connect the first one with my cell phone. A good purchase without a doubt.

This smart watch is great quality especially for the price that it is. It has so many good functions such as a built in camera, fitness tracker and the ability to connect to your phone and play music. This has been great to track myfitness progress and it also has a sleep monitor. I have really enjoyed using this so far. It is comfortable to wear as it is lightweight and looks stylish. It has different face styles so you can change its look how you like. You can put a sim card into the watch and then use the watchto make and receive phone calls and messages without it being connected to your phone. This is a real bonus and makes using it so convenient. I was also easily able to connect it to my phone via bluetooth and get notifications from the apps on my phone which has been really useful. Overall, i would definitely recommend this smart watch as i have nothing negative to say about it and it is great value.
Bought this i as didn’t want to spend £400 on an i watch. There is no app for iphone (there is for android) but you can just connect via bluetooth so isn’t a problem. The watch itself is good quality and doesn’t feel cheap. The touch screen works as you’d expect and the menus are easy to navigate.
Received it on time and i was surprised by the build quality of the watch. It does everything as it says. The heart monitor functionality is spot on. I thought it wouldn’t count the steps properly but you’d be amazed with the accuracy of this watch.
I ordered this as a gift for my nephew who really wanted an apple watch but is too young to have such an expensive gadget at his age. I have to say he’s over the moon with this smart watch. This watch is the best i have bought. I can sync with my smartphone and gives notifications for all the apps such as facebook and twitter. Also i can answer calls with it. I bought it for me to monitoring my heart rate and blood pressure. I bought it in stead of an expensive watch and it works like one of them so i could save money.
