After much research i bought this series 4 rather than the more expensive series 5. Opting for the stainless steel & harder watch face glass. Battery was totally ‘empty’ and had to charge it before going thru the initiation procedure. I require it for heart monitoring which is first class, learning all the time & enjoying my experiences.
Absolutely love this watch, good for making calls on the go.
I’ve held off buying an apple watch until s5. This was iterative improvements over s4 so purchased a s4 on a great discounted deal. If you’ve bought into the apple ecosystem then it’s a no brainer.
Very smart looking watch with lots of features great price as well had a series 5 but it was too expensive so returned it and purchased this watch.
I bought stainless still version of apple watch series 4 44mm gps. Watch is of high quality, looks premium so you can also wear it for office. Monitors my daily routine and provides reminders for a short walk, brief movement, breathing exercise which do help in reducing stress. I am very happy with the product.
It’s a backup in case i don’t have my phone available, especially as my mother may need to contact me in case of ill health.
Have not yet tested the sos or hard fall functions.
I bought an apple watch to replace a fitbit. After all the hype about how good it was, it has been a massive disappointment. It is nowhere near as good as a fitbit for activity tracking, i don’t think the heart rate tracking is accurate, the app is terrible. But the worst is the interface. Despite considering myself very tech literate, i find it incredibly hard to use and not intuitive at all. The watch face seems to randomly change at times. Battery life is also awful so you can’t even sleep in it. It is also heavy and uncomfortabel and i have to take it off as it causes me to sweat. Without a doubt the worst apple product i have had.
This watch has transformed my awareness of how much exercise and calories i need to burn daily. It tracks your heart rate continuously and measures how many calories you burn. Also detects you’re blood pressure and much more. Can take calls on it and control music on your iphone. A really good personal monitoring gadget.
The watch came, as would be expected, in an apple box with relevant charger, strap and with the watch face in a small pouch for protection. The item arrived in good time and with no issues or damage. The watch itself has been great. There wasn’t a lot of explanation with setup but it wasn’t too complicated anyway. I opted for the smaller size because i have small wrists and this was a great choice. I haven’t had chance to make use of the cellular function yet but through bluetooth the calls, messages and music work great with my phone. I have had it connected to an iphone xs max with no problems and have been able to use it with apple airpods as well as wireless jaybird headphones. Software wise: fitness features have been useful such as heart rate monitoring and tracking walks and runs; breathe is good for calming you and reducing heart rate; walkie-talkie is a really fun feature; the ability to record voice memos from my wrist has been useful; i have yet to use apple pay but it was no trouble to set up over the phone; the dictation for replies on the messsages app was surprisingly brilliant; using the watch for the shutter button on a phone is great; there is a handy torch feature; and it is of course useful to have notifications popping up as well while there are multiple ways to limit this feature with silent mode, do not disturb, airplane mode and theatre mode. I definitely recommend this, the adjustable strap is great (i would guess better than the rubber sport strap) and cannot wait to have cellular activated to use it independently of my phone.

What can i say wow brilliant easy to use. Screen big enough even for my sausage fingers.

I’ve had a 42mm series 1, since they pretty much came out. Decided to go for series 4 due to health issues, i can have falls. None have been that bad, but you never know. So now i feel i’ve got some back up. I’ve set it up with my iphone xs contract so i can call on it without my iphone with me. The ecg & low/high pressure monitoring good too, as i’m in trouble autonomically. Another thing is i can use series 1 straps & i was lucky to have an unused apple nato with buckle from back in the day, much more comfortable than the loop.
What is not to like with the iwatch. Notifications straight to your watch, fits nice. Quick tip: get a case because it will scratch if you knock it on things. Is it much different to the iwatch 2 or 3 not really but works faster and has the latest technology.
Bought as a gift for my husband. He hadn’t asked for one but he absolutely loves it. He’s worn it every day since. Be sure to go for cellular not gps if you want the ability to leave the phone at home and just take the watch out with you.
Wasn’t sure about spending this sort of money. But i love it and feel naked without it. . Definitely worth thinking about this purchase if you like tech.
Beautiful product with some minor annoyances like a very short battery life but it helps if you switch off the apps you don’t use. Despite the minor niggles i love it.
Great product but infuriated with the frequency of price changes at the time of purchase. The price was fluctuating by around £40 from day to day.
Bought so my husband can monitor his ecg having just had a pacemaker fitted.
Very good overall-does everything it’s says it will do though screen is very prone to scratching. You would think with a product like this apple would have included scratchproof screen. Don’t use this product until you have extra screen protection.
I bought this as a present for my boyfriend. The package was in a very good condition and the watch came in the original apple box. Very happy with the item and my boyfriend as well.
Is not essential but it’s a nice peace of technology. For sports is not the best, giusto for the gym can be good. But hey it’s cool and make you look good.
If you have expensive watches don’t buy this. Fantastic product such that i never wear my tag or anything other watch i own.
