The tracker is, as everyone else has said, a little confusing to operate and the instructions are translated -literally – so you have to use your common sense. To make set up a bit easier, you should go straight to the part where you download the app – you can scan the code in the manual with your phone and it installs it straight from there. You set up the tracker from the app mainly, except for the brightness which is done by going to the brightness screen and holding finger on button to enter the settings – then pressing through the intensity options. The main clock face can be changed to one of three styles again by holding your finger on it, it will change-cycle- through styles each time you press and hold. Pedometer, hr, bp, sleep, message etc all work independently you just have to navigate to that screen for it to do its thing. The ecg (the main reason i bought this) you have to press and hold to initiate the measuring – it does say this on the screen ‘long press in’, then place two fingers on the watch as shown in instructions – and it will display the ecg readings – which is then sent to the phone when test is complete (indicated by a ‘tick’ and says sent to app). This report can then be viewed as an ecg graph or details – the graph can be sent to a pdf to print out. Other functions are easily accessed through the phone app. Remember though that bp results from wrist monitors are always higher than those taken with a cuff on the upper arm, because the arteries are much smaller and not so deep as in the upper arm, so you must keep the wrist at heart level – but be prepared for a higher reading (an upper arm cuff is always more accurate) so i bought one from amazon for £16 (a&d medical ua-611 – which is excellent and very accurate, just like a doctors one.
Don’t dislike anything but wish it had oxygen level on it apart from that ace tracker watch.
Easy to connect to your phone application following the manual instructions from the box. Very nice design, light and quick responding to commands.
Just swipe the bottom of the screen to flip through the screens. If i reach the heart rate screen i just wait and it will start measuring my heart rate on its own accord. Same for blood pressure and blood oxygen. I know more expensive watches can do more and have more feautres but its still fantastic for the price, very comfy and light to wear. Battery life is also brilliant on it.
I have got this smart watch, fitness tracker for my self. I did want to spend over £200 for alternatives of big brands. I go to the gym almost every day and keep traking steps per day, calories i burned on my daily fitness and body building activities. I use this smart watch since day one after delivery. What i didn’t like is that to get more accurate blood pressure measures you will have to test your blood pressure with regular devices first. Unfortunately i can not be blame anyone because probably all activity trakers will offer to give you your blood pressure measures before calibrating activity tracker. I love magnetic charging cable, app on the phone is great too. Notifications future is very useful. Display quality and brightness are good even in day light conditions. I test my hart beat rate and blood pressure atleast one time per day and find it accurate.

I got this to capture bad heart rhythms and the heart rate ecg and blood pressure works well. You have to manually save the ecg trace to a file if you want to keep it as it appears not to be stored on the phone but retrieved from the watch when you click on a reading. Clearly none of the health monitors will have the accuracy of medical devices but they are good enough to keep an eye on things. In fact it showed i was healthier than i thought i was. Battery life is very good – im going 6 days on the first charge. No problem with linking to the android app. Two cons, the watch face design frequently reverts from your choice back to the appalling default. Additionally although i have selected hourly pulse readings in the app it appears not to do so- only taking them when asked which is not what i wanted. I’ve had to reload the app a number of time as it stops uploading data. I had the charging cable plugged into my pc but not my watch and because its magnetic it clipped onto some metal and it shorted – destroying the watch end of the cable and the pc usb socket. Now cannot charge the watch.

Easy to use and simple to learn. Helps to get and keep a healty life. Tracks my sleep, heart rate, blood and a lot of other things. Allows me not to miss any phone calls or a important text. Charges fast and fitness tracker can be used long suprizngly long time with one charge. The design of it looks good so i can wear anything with it. The app is simple to install and use and you can get a hang of it in less than a minute. In instruction can find what the name for app.
Perfect for the activity at the gym. It synchronise perfectly with the app on the phone. The vibration is strong enough and during the training i no longer miss any notification.

I think the device works very well from the point of health. All these processes do seem very accurate. Doesn’t really give a good feedback as to results. I had the apella watch and that uploaded well, and would say sinus rhythm is normal. And had a lot more background information for each check carried out. Also i cannot see how or when the health checks are uploaded. Are they dynamic, when does sleep info , bp, and hr uploaded. The ecg gets uploaded when done, a tick and says to app. And watch charges good with the magnetic connector. But does not seem to say when fully charged, shows charging but never says fully charged. And is waterproof, seems ok after a shower. Would appreciate feedback on my comments rear, data transfer to mobile app. Is all but the ecg dynamically uploaded?.
Front button came off after use of 1 month.
The watch seems pretty close to the readings and quality that i expected for the price, the strap, a black steel magnetic type which is great to readjust or tighten when taking readings broke after six weeks so i had to replace it, i could not contact the sellers so i phoned amazon who gave me a £5. 00 voucher towards a new one.
Dont waste money on expensive other products this works well.
I got this unit to replace a similar but cheaper device that was unusable as the strap failed. This unit is made to look like an apple watch – and the picture shows it displaying a screen that is basically a rip of an apple watch. I don’t know why they did that: that display is essentially non-functional except for the watch. The unit is, however, very effective at what it does. It incorporates an ecg monitor chip using two electrodes on the rear of the device and one on the front, which by touching you complete the circuit for an ecg reading. It also features leds for ppg measurement, which can obtain blood pressure readings by shining light into the skin and reading the returned light. The unit is capable of stand-alone sleep, activity, bp and ecg readings, but really comes into its own when used with the ‘wearheart’ bluetooth-connected smartphone app which allows you to get a lot more detail from the unit including sleep pattern information, exercise footsteps, ecg and ppg waveforms. Unlike my previous unit, this one uses a standard clip-in watch strap, so if the strap fails it can be replaced. Charging is performed via a short usb cable ending in a two-pin magnetic connector that attaches to the back of the watch. The watch is allegedly splashproof but i wouldn’t trust it to be actually ‘waterproof’ as such.

I dislike the strap as i appear to be allergic to the plastic. However i like the fact that i can keep a check on heart rate and blood pressure. The ecg took ages to start working but is now working 50% of the time. It counts up steps when i’m knitting with my grandchildren, lol. Also when i’m clearing out a cupboard. I did 17000 steps one day without going out of the house. It has a good battery life compared to most watches i’ve tried.
I love this watch, easy to use, highly accurate, and has an excellent battery life. I have noticed that the watch strap isn’t the strongest there is available and as such has become weak around the watch face connection.
Great product to measure key health indexes. As others have noted a bit ‘fiddly’ to set up but once you understand the watch and app no problems. I purchased to check my ecg heart rate. Very impressed at how it does the trace with very simple process to print the trace out. I think that the printout could be usefull when when visiting the doctor because they often dismiss ‘ectopic’ heart beats.
Instruction manual is useless. Very badly english translsted and does not explain what app to download nor how clock and date set up is done. Does not auto do heart rate or bp as advertised unless they sent me a dud. Half the menu does not work with something about not valid on this unit. Ordered another in case i was sent a dud. Then returning this one for refund. If replacement is a dud too i will update review. ** update ** ot was lying on bed bit managed to give a hr reading of 80bpm. So i guess this product is fake.
I am the kind of person that suffer heart disease so i was looking for a pretty fitness tracker to keep track of my heart beating while training at the gymi found this beautiful fitness tracker that brings all i always wanted to. It looks pretty on my wrist and i got the blue one colourthe fitness tracker quality is high , i can see that it was built to last for years. Also, the app that you can download on your phone works perfectly.
I really enjoyed this product. It works just as good as the big name brands at a fraction of the cost. It has all the features i was looming for and more. It was very easy to charge and to use, everything on the watch is straight forward, but a manual is good to look at if you’re new to fitness trackers and don’t know much about them. It’s really light weight and comfortable to wear. It looks very nice on the hand too which is always great. I am going to wear this to the gym too as it has activity tracker to see how many calories i burn during the workout. As i enjoy bodybuilding and keeping fit, this fitness tracker will be great for me.

Very good product arrived on time well packed does every thing it says, use it daily for normal activities and for daily workouts.
It does what it claims to do with reasonable accuracy. Certainly good enough to detect a serious medical problem. Plus all the ‘fit’ type functions. I suspect it is similar to an apple watch at 10 times the price. I haven’t studied the apple watch but i know it does not include an ecg function. On the box it states it’s waterproof but the instructions inside tell you not to get it wet.
I’m so happy and in love with this watch. It’s a super fitness tracker i ever own. It comes in a box, delivery was fast and it’s value for money.
