Bought for me by hubby, simple to use nice to look at.
This watch it great looks great and works really well definitely recommend.
Long time garmin user here but unfortunately i had to return this onethis is because i have tattoos on both my wrists and the optical hr sensor couldn’t read my heart rate on this model (which has the sensory in a line rather than the usual triangle configuration). For reference my fenix 5 which i have used for a few years has no problem reading my heart rate. So i thought, i know, i’ll wear the watch on the on-site of my wrist instead so it has naked skin. Problem then is you can’t activate the sketch watch (which is activated by the motion of lifting and turning the watch towards you). This has been designed with the watch worn on top of the wrist and doesn’t work if you wear the watch on the inside of the wrist instead. A real shame as i wanted a smart watch that was more like a watch for everyday use but after an afternoon of trying to make it work for me, i’ve gone back to my fenix 5 (which is huge on my tiny wrists.
Overall it’s a lovely watch just doesnt record sleep very well, changed it for a fitbit.
I thought about this watch for some time, now i’m so glad i purchased it. Love the fact you can read the time with out tapping anything & in bright light. Choose your priority of what you want to keep track of. Definitely a good investment. Battery life is reasonable last about 4/5 days but charges quickly.
I like the looks of my watch and the way it works. Unfortunately after buying even a glass protector i slightly bumped it and glass cracked. One or more customers complained about the same issue in reviews. The glass stands out and that is the reason why it happens. So so disappointed as i love my watch. I contacted seller on amazon. No idea how i will get it fixed now.
Arrived quickly i was expecting a slightly larger wrist band. Its easy to set up if you are app savvy. Difficult to get it swop between time and activities. Double tap doesnt work on mine. Not happy there no night light to view time in dark.
Bought this for my partner for christmas. Fantastic value and very pretty and delicate.

If you have tattoos, sensor won’t work (despite other garmin models working fine!)

Great fitness tracker/smart watch that actually looks like a watch. Great functionality

Good but sore

I have been using fitbits for a few years now, so when i saw the garmin vivomove 3s hybrid smartwatch available i couldn’t resist giving it a go to compare the two. To make it easier to read, i will list what i think the positives and negatives are of this watch. -positives-* it looks like a traditional watch but has the features of a smartwatch that we now find it hard to live without* the watch hands tell the time even when the battery is low* it has a digital display that appears when the screen is tapped* the watch tracks a number of things such as sleep, steps, flights of stairs, energy levels, stress levels, oxygen level, hydration levels and heart rate (there’s also the ability to track a menstrual cycle)* when setting a step goal, the watch analyses the number of steps you normally do, and changes your goal accordingly* you can have notifications sent to your phone through bluetooth* pink, rose gold and white are a great colour combination, and i had a compliments immediately on the watch* even though only one strap is provided, the watch strap can fit a number of different wrist sizes* when the watch realises you’re feeling stressed, it offers timed breathing exercises* the watch measures spo2%, which is a premium paid service on fitbit-negatives-* i found the battery life to be a disappointment. I am used to having 5-7 days of battery life, so having to charge the watch every 2-3 days was a bit annoying, especially when i barely used the bluetooth* you’re unable to toggle the type of notifications sent to the watch, its either all or nothing, and to be honest i didn’t really want my junk mail pushed to my phone as a notification* the watch is heavier than other fitness trackers* the stress level measuring was a bit hit and miss, there are more times than most when the watch couldn’t measure my levels as i was too “active” and i ended up taking no notice of it* the garmin connect app isn’t as fun to use as the fitbit app* i found the raise to wake action wasn’t as responsive as i would have liked and i often had to physically tap on the screen for the digital screen to workoverall, i’ve enjoyed using the garmin vivomove smartwatch and it will be hard to go back to a fitbit, especially when i get so many compliments about it. It would make a great present for christmas this year, although its worth keeping an eye out for a deal as it can be out of budget at full price. I have tried to include pictures in my review as i know they’re helpful, although it seems my camera didn’t like the digital display. I hope you found my thoughts helpful :o).
I like the fact that the watch has a nice sleek look. Aside to have the fitbit watch but it use to look quite big on my hand and couldn’t wear it to special occasions. Love the fact it has a touch screen feature. I charge mostly 3 to 4 days. Overall i’m quite pleased with the watch and it looks much better as an everyday wear as well as if i go out.
Really nice looking watch, does exactly what i want it to do. I have really slim wrists so was pleased to find something with a smaller watch face to fit my wrist. Better life better than expected, usually last 4-5 days for me. Great features and the app is easy to use.
I like this sleek fashionable smart hybrid watch as it looks good and feels good. I find that i have to charge it though every 4/5 days and find it can be slow to connect to phone gps. One other negative is that is does not allow me to pause recording a training session. Instead you need to save and restart (unless there is an option in the settings that i have not found yet) so not as as garmin forerunner but better looking .
Love this watch it looks great and works well easy to use.
I had fitbit before and this is so much more professional looking. Goes well with dresses and does a phenomenal job of activity tracking. Great for swimming as well as simple walking ;).
Love this watch looks classy and does what it says in the tin.
This is a very stylish watch. Sleep analysis is fantastic.
Good product, looks nice and the watch face isn’t too big. I would say for the features it is a little pricey.
Nice classic watch designe with a smart app twist, although it tells me to get up and move some times just after i have walked the dogs for an hour.
Bought this as a xmas present for my wife as i was a convert through the vivoactove 3. It is a good looking watch that doesn’t look too ‘sportswatch’ whilst still tracking the usual fitness metrics. The functional display is very discreet too. The feedback to date from my wife is that it’s a cracking everyday watch that is a much better option than her previous fitbit.
Just didnt suit my lifestyle so ordered a different garmin, the 4s and i love it.
Smaller than other watches which makes a big difference.
This watch was disappointing. It looked fabulous but it kept loosing connectivity to my phone, so i had to return it. I also found the display hard to turn on and the garmin ap was not as useful as the fitbit one.
I’m very happy with the watch. I can read my messages even messenger messages. Bought for my exercise, just don’t have used sleep tracking but overall i am very happy with that watch.
Really love this watch, i’ve got the 3s and it is great for reasonably small wrists. The garmin connect app is good and i’ve had no issues syncing this with my lg10 phone.
Beautiful watch , light as a feather not to big or small. The only thing that’s a problem it would be perfect if the hands and time spots were illuminated for dark.
Can’t comment on any of the elements as it was a present for my mum, but she loved the look of it and does use ot to receive her notifications.
This is a beautiful looking smart watch and is great for day to day wear. It keeps track of steps and heart rate and can record activities such as yoga. This watch doesn’t work off it’s own gps tracking for running or walking and requires a phone gps signal. It still works fine by connecting to the phone but i would say the garmin vivoactive 3is better for recording runs and walks. I have both of these watches now and i have found the vivomove a great smart watch for day time at work etc and the vivoactive better for recording sport activities.
I have a rather small wrist, but no problem. It tracks movement, it has a lot of preloaded activities. On the other side if you are very interested in sports you may be disappointed by the hr monitoring (aprox 10 bpm of) and the fact that you can’t load training plans from the app to the watch. It says that is not available for hybrid. All in all it’s a very beautiful, fancy smart watch in disguise.
Lovely looking watch, really does combine everything i need in terms of performance tracking and reading messages. The smart screen is very small, so you don’t see much at once, but i don’t find this a problem. Keeps charge well, charging around every 3 to 4 days.
Great battery life, love that the hands move out the way when you want to check other things.
Looks amazing and works perfectly. (bought for my g/f) cannot see any downside to the watch/fitness tracker. It was a gift and is absolutely loved by my g/f. Looks classy and way better than the apple. Fits a very small wrist also and is very light, have been told she hardly notices it, so another plus. Tracking seems pretty spot on, including things like heart beat and stress levels is cool, can see texts from the phone also.
The watch is really good does exactly what i wanted, but has to swap wrist every now and then as it gets sore, i’ve put a pic up to show.
This was a present for my wife. All her text messages can be seen by a quick glance at her watch.
I have found this watch easy to use, the battery life is good lasts for 2 to 3 days, the app is easy to use also.
Cheap looking returned awaiting refund.
Looks classy, decent smart watch for the price.
