Leegoal Q9 Waterproof Fitness Tracker Watch – Good value for money

I was originally hesitant about buying this fitness tracker because it has so few reviews, but i have now owned the device for 3 weeks and i am delighted with my purchase. I only infrequently write reviews but i think the q9 deserves more support. It does exactly what it says on the tin. The display is clear and bright, the step counter and heartbeat rate are accurate and the blood pressure monitor can be calibrated against professional equipment. The display of messages from the phone works well but be aware the text size is very small. There are a few annoyances and niggles. The display switches off too quickly for me. This is obviously done to preserve the battery life (3-4 days). An option in the phone app (wearhealth – different to the app used with many other fitness trackers) to programme the display time (at the expense of battery life) would be a nice feature. There are odd software glitches, for example the display style sometimes spontaneously changes after a message has been received and the relay of blood pressure information from the tracker to the phone app sometimes takes a while.

Bought for my dad for father’s day and he loves it. Battery lasts around 2 days. He uses it to keep an eye on his health and movement.

This device is super, it does everything it says it does and more. What i like too is that sun glare doesn’t affect the display when out and about. The app is easy to understand. What made me laugh was the instructions that came with it, the text was so tiny i needed a magnifying glass to read them but apart from that, great. Two straps come with the device one in black the other blue which a comfortable and easy to fit.

The smart watch comes with two watch bands in the box. And it feels very soft and comfortable to wear and looks stylish, and i have only had to charge this once in the whole week i have been using it.

HUAWEI Band 4 Pro- Smart Band Fitness Tracker, 4.5 stars

Have had it since saturday and am pretty impressed. Battery is still @ 80% after having tracked 2* 1 hour jogging sessions, a walk and trusleep enabled 2 nights in a row. Gps seems accurate as compared to my phone (p20 pro). During jogging discrepiancy was i think 100m. It was about 200m during the 4 k walk where i took frequent nt stops ( so have to investigate what happens during the stops). Wheather at the time was also really bad. Sleeping tracking as far as i can tell is ok ( obviously difficult to asses but number of wake periods at night was correct). It is really great that it is waterproof as well. I am deducting one star since health app is not perfect. For example it is not very clear what data is dispalyed on the home page – phone or band and app. Setup out of the box took 20 mins on my phone. I use it mainly for tracking outdoor running. It maps very accurately through gps the route i took and the time splits. Using the gps on drains the battery by 12-15% for a 40mins ru...
