In brief: this is an excellent product that i strongly recommend. Better documentation either on the product website or as an accompanying manual would have sorted out the initial teething problems more quickly but against that the company’s client service is superb. There are other watch gps around but many are at a much steeper price without any obvious benefit. Pinit’s watch is available in a wide range of colours. We choose black for our son and he is delighted with it. It is by far his favorite christmas present. It has the normal led functions but two extra buttons allow him to call his mother or me as well as an sos button that dials up to 3 numbers. A monthly sim card pays for his calls but our calls to his watch are on our bill as eu roaming costs. As noted above setting up is tricky but the customer support on their phone line is excellent.
Am so happy with this watch, my son got lost and now i can see where he is at any time and have two way communication. I had problems get the 2nd watch for his sister but i rang the number and nothing was a problem. The gentleman walked me through everything fixed what i didn’t understand and explain in. Even rang me back to make sure all was good out of curtsey. I would strongly recommend this watch and app to anyone with children needing to be aloud to go out of sight but you still have eyes on themvery worth the money. For the peace of mind i’ve got 2nd till nine.
This handy little watch has been a life saver. The battery life is only around 6-8 hours, but that’s not an issue for me as my son is only out playing for few hours at a time. I like that i can set up “safe zones” and receive alerts to my phone if he leaves the zone.
I though this would be good from a mum panic point of view as my son has only just started going out with his friends and to and will be going to and from school on his own very soon and i must say that it is amazinggps is pin point accuracy and the geo fencing is such a great idea i love it when the watch sends me notifications if my son takes the watch off and on and also tells me the battery life together with if he leaves a designated safe place or geo fenced area. I love this watch such an affordable watch that allows you as a parent to have some peace of mind. My son loves it to because he no longer needs to panic when out because he knows he can speak to me through the watch if he needs me. I also really like the fact that for children who bolt due to autism i must say parents can track them down quickly and safely without the panic and worry that comes from not knowing where they have gone. Thank you so much for such a great product i love this and so does my son and it’s not too big either and just looks like a normal digital watch so not something that stands out – brilliant.
This is exactly what we needed for our 9 year old who was wanting to play out with friends from neighbouring streets. Any technical issues were quickly resolved by an excellent support service they provide. The only tiny issue would be that it would be perfect if the battery life lasted that bit longer but for the price, its an absolute bargain. Highly recommend it and have done to friends and family.

Great, prompt customer service helped resolve a couple of minor issues with guardian registration. My 10 year old son loves it and the desert camo option. It gives him enough freedom to go to the park or friend’s house knowing that either of us can talk to each other if needed and i know where he is with the gps. He might even loan it to his granda.
I have not purchased but my brother has and i use the app when i look after his little one. I looked after him a couple of times a week and find this really useful for when he goes out playing with his friends at the local park, we have used the geofencing function of the product to the park and surround area from our house, it pings a notification on our phone if he leaves that area we dont have to monitor it all the time but its nice to know in this day and age you can give children some freedom to go play as we did as kids without worrying all the timethere are other features that i have read about but not had to use, the safe locations looks a good idea where your alerted when they arrive somewhere, like school or back home or our house, and i love the fact if he removes it it also tells us. We have not used the call feature either but my brother says it works well. All in all £30 and i think he pays £9 a month it isnt alot to pay, a great alternative to giving a child a mobile phone that has no risks of them talking to or accessing stuff they shouldn’t bewell recommended from us.

I’m just about to send this back. It arrived yesterday and was easy to set up. Yes there is a subscription which we are happy to pay. However on amazon it says £9 per month. On the companys official website where you sign up it says £12?. Also taken off your debit card so difficult to cancelbut the main issue is this. The gps is only updated once every 60 minutes that includes battery life and time. So to me this is a gps potision finder not a tracker.
I bought this watch for my 9 year old for christmas. I am not interested in the gps subscription but this seems to be so heavily promoted on the website and everywhere, which is fine. The problem is there are no user instructions and nothing is obvious on the watch you definitely need instructions. I have had this watch for 3 days now and still cant figure out how to set the time and there is zero online support. As it is christmas i am unable to call the support centre.
A good little watch with good back up, an english helpline which is really good and is really helpful if you have any problems there is always someone to speak to. The only downside is that the battery only lasts 8 hours which is not long enough if your child goes on a sleepover.
