This really has been the answer to my prayers. I’m a super anxious parent so this is awesome.

Nice item, a little chunky for kids but serves its purpose well. Easy to use, kids love it too.
The wife pressurised me into buying this, but has come in pretty handy. Was a bit fiddly to set up but their customer service got back to me pretty quick.
In general this is a very good product, it gives my child (and us) confidence when going out alone as the gps is precise. This makes for a good ‘first phone’ for a child without the worries of having to lock down a smart phone. I do, however, have a safeguarding concern: – to be able to message or video chat with someone that person either needs to have their own moochies watch or i can send an invite to that person to install the moochies app on their smartphone and connect to my child’s watch. What worries me is that people using the app on their smart phone then have access to all the gps data for my child – i don’t feel that it is safe to give out that information. It would be so much better if moochies provided either a mini version of the app that just does the voice, messages and video chat or the option on the guardian app to decide what features a contact can use/see.

A really good smart watch which provides lots of features. It’s great for your child to have as it gives you peace of mind regarding their location, and even enables them to call you. Easy to set up and can be customised to your liking. Good value for what it is too. Only grumble is the battery life, which i found to be a tad disappointing.
I’m not quite ready for my step son to have a phone just yet (aged 9). However, this gives us the peace of mind, where he is, messaging, calls. Recently my phone broke and i re-added the app on my new phone. I struggled with the log in details (forgot them) emailed the support and they got back to me right away.

It is a very good product for kids.
Easy to set up with the supplied sim card and the app is comprehensive. Setting up video calls was a little more tricky. Charging is easythe watch is a bit bulky and the steps mode seems to exaggerate the number of steps somewhat. There didn’t seem to be any choice on sim card provider and the minimum cost is £10 month. Unsure if you can change sim card.

This is a smartwatch for kids that has a gps tracker on it. The watch can be used to make calls and send messages too. The watch seems to be good quality and robust. It was easy to set up and get working. The only issue we had was that the syncing between the watch and the app didn’t always work. I can’t say that i would recommend that anyone pay £99 for this watch though. The functions just seem quite basic. The fact that you are locked into using ee is also off-putting. Our phones are on ee as the signals are strong where we live, but it is annoying that you have no choice but to use them. There are basic smartwatches for kids out there that cost a lot less than this.
Bought this for lockdown birthday so my 8yr old could message family. Location seems to be off as difficult to set safe zone. Had problems setting up sim at first, customer service got back to us via email within the hour which was great. Overall does what we wanted, messaging a d calling.
Quick delivery, nice boxing and works as described – no complaints.
Would love to see some more features like games, calculator, stuff like that to keep kids occupied. Overall tho it’s a good buy, and happy with it for calling and tracking.
this arrived in a moochies branded display box with the watch secured in a lift front panel and the charging lead along with instruction book under this. The first thing i did was to put the watch on charge, the charging lead is a usb to a magnet connection on the back of the watch, a neat system and easy for a child to put on charge without messing up the charging port trying to force it in. The manual is very well laid out being easy to follow detailing all the functions and features along with exploratory diagrams that take you through step by step. Once the watch had fully charged i turned it on and followed the instructions registering on the moochies web site and choosing a package. The basic package is £10 a month giving 180 minutes of calls along with 300 mb of data not a great deal for £10 a month in my opinion. There isn’t a contract and you can cancel the rolling payment at any time although this would render the watch inactive and fairly pointless. I tested out the video calling that works well and gives a reasonable display image and the sound is acceptable although somewhat tinny on the watch side, the tracking works fairly well within my area but as a test my wife took the watch to work and i found the signal was lost at points during her travel. The camera works fine for taking snaps but the results are not of great quality and somewhat distorted, messaging works perfectly, the class mode worked as it should, the pedometer although basic worked very well. The safe zones feature worked very well alerting you when it was breached, the sos sounds an audio alert when pressed and held for a short while although this does not alert for very long so could be missed. I found the watch to be very bulky for a child and thought the screen wouldn’t be too hard to scratch or break, the swipe function works well and the features are easy to navigate and use even for a small child.

We have been using the video calling a lot. Will definately buy my other grandchildren one for their birthday.
This smart watch would be ideal for kids or even adults who want a simple easy device that doesn’t cost hundreds off £s. 99 isn’t cheap but so far it appears good quality and useful. You download the moochies app from your devices store and register. Once registered, the phone is the only place you are able to add contacts to enable calling/ messaging. There is a button at the side for sos when held it automatically pings the phone registered and you can send a safe message. If you have any concerns you are able to phone the person and let them know you can see where they are and will be there soon. You can always see where the person is with the phone app. It also has a pedometer for recording steps etc. When in the app, you slide up from the bottom to access all the information you need.
I’m very happy with the moochies watch i ordered for my son. I bought it as a birthday present and he loves it.
