I would not recommend this product for anyone who enjoys simple setup. Honestly, anything techno and requires setup before i can use it that hits my porch in an amazon box, i politely slide to my junior wizard teenager for assistance. With this product i actually tried to give it a go and set it up myself. I managed to successfully install required apps and sign up for the required safelink service (which i will admit is about the cheapest i have saw thus forth) but i couldn’t manage to get the watch to sync to the service. Whellp (slides box to more appropriate generation) and to my surprise, he also ran into brick walls and was not able to setup. On the positive note, my children did enjoy the watch itself. Unfortunately, without activation, im in the blind for the rest. I have decided to try a different gps, tracking device for children.

This is a very nice children’s watch, my daughter likes it very much, she won’t take it off after wearing it, this watch is small and lovely, my 9-year-old daughter just wears it, she likes the photo function very much.
I must say that this smartwatch is really beautiful but above all useful. I can keep in touch with my 7-year-old daughter on the way home from school, following her every move with the school bus. We send messages during my absence at home. App with many nice features but at the same time important. The watch works both with and without a sim.
This year gifted ldb direct smartwatch to my 8 yr old niece for her birthday. She is now using to keep reminders to attend school classes and using for her regular reminders. It has big screen and with usable functionalities for kids. Yet to check with sim card function. But so far she is pretty happy with cute gift.
Because all the reviews barely tell you what u need to know here is the run down. It does not work with any 3g or higher company. I got a walmart sim card for 35 with the plan on the walmart phone service. The apps suck that you have to use with this watch. Gps is never right on accurate always in the vicinity. Works well for the kid who is 7. Touch screen is like the nokia 6010 screen. Only has one math game and it sucks.

Bought this watch as a gift for my 4 year old. Great features including location tracking, mini game and flashlight. Perfect first watch for my little girl. The price is also unbeatable.
My daughter loves this watch. I bought so i could easily track where she is. She loves how she has a grown up watch just like mommy. I forgot to order the card when i ordered the watch. It was easy to charge and got started right away. The box it came in could be nicer looking, but it served the purpose. The watch is a little big on my 5 year olds wrist, but that doesn’t stop her from wearing it. Two little screws hold where the sd card goes. Be super careful when opening this because they are tiny screws.
Magnetic charging, comfortable band. The only problem is the card slot, need to find a card slot to insert nano card.

It looks very cute and my daughter loves it.
I order the pink color for my 10 yrs old daughter, she loves it so much. This is for her birthday, she always wanted a smart watch that can make phone calls, this watch meets all her needs. Her favorite color is pink, she can use the gps function, she can call me from the watch, she can play games when she’s bored. I am so glad to find this lovely watch as her birthday gift, now she wears it everyday.
The location service isn’t accurate. You’ll get the location of the cell tower that the watch is pinging on.
My daughter loves this watch . Parents love that the battery lasts for a few days and the peace of mind knowing where our child is.
This watch came in a very beautiful gift box. My 7 year old daughter really love this watch and she is very happy about it. I felt it is little too big for her hand otherwise it looks good. It got lot of features like games, camera, sim card, sd card etc. , it has a sd card but there is no sim. You should buy it from the cell phone service provider. The touch screen of this watch works well and my daughter was able to navigate easily. The watch strap quality is good and it is very flexible.
Overall an excellent concept but sadly i just can’t recommend buying this. The watch itself is nice but perhaps a little big for a child’s wrist. But the main problem is that the sim card recommended on the amazon listing does not actually have 2g in most of the us. I called speedtalk after inserting the sim card and getting no signal on the watch. They said that they do not have 2g in my area (virginia beach) nor in most of the us. So i just decided to put the sim in an older android phone i have and install google’s family link app to let me track my child’s location through the app/phone. More functionality and much more reliable.

I bought this kids smartwatch for my five years old boy as a gift. He loves this cute waterproof watch. There are many games installed in it which is pretty cool for a kid. The camera is on average quality which does take decent pictures in light. You do need to buy a sim card, but that’s not a big deal. Children can use it for emergency purposes as a phone as it gives them the option to dial for help when needed. You can add emergency numbers for sos calls. Additionally can navigate easily through all the options. The feature that i like the most is “do not disturb mode for school time”.
