Love it, like the ease in changing the bands, accessibility and use is super easy, looks modern, more streamlined and functionality is awesome. I’ve had 3-4 earlier model garmin fitness trackers, this is best so far.
The battery life on the vivofit line is what prompted me to purchase this item. I had the original version for two years before the battery gave out. No recharging and i can shower at the gym without having to take it off?.I can sync it with my garmin app quickly. I haven’t mastered connecting it to myfitnesspal, though. When this one gives out in a couple of years, i’ll buy my third.
Needed a replacement for my first vivofit 3. I like the fact that there is no need to charge my device. Once a year, i change the battery.
At first i was unable to switch screen. My husband got it worken just great. A happy customer from maine.
The first one didn’t work at all. Notified amazon and was shipped a replacement immediately. Like it because i can wear it all the time and don’t have another gadget to recharge.
Pretty simple to pair w phone. Like the ease of use and the band is very comfortable.
New face vs vivofit 2 is simpler, easier to read. The steps seem to be quite accurate. The sleep hours vary on accuracy — but overall are correct. No issues, other than difficulty finding alternate bands made by garmin, for the 3, smaller size— but not kid’s size. Off brands on amazon are cheap, & buckle clasp vs snap in. Regardless, i wear this instead of my apple watch because 1. Tracks main things i need : time, date, steps, sleep.
I purchased this tracker on 7/25 and if amazon had indicted tht there was a problem with the garmin vivo fit system being hacked on 7/23, i would. Consequently as of today 7/28 the tracker is absolutely worthless to me as it can not be synced with the app. No idea when the system will be repaired. I will wait a day or two more and if unable to use i will return the tracker. Very disappointed in this outcome.
It’s difficult to operate other activities besides sleeping and steps.
Garmin products are the best and amazon is the only way to go when purchaseing most anything you want.
Garmin was recently hacked and syncing my device to the app is not working all of the time. Other than that issue, the device works well and fits my small wrist.
I wore this next to my old garmin that i was looking to replace, and by the end of the day, this was about 2,000 steps behind the old one. Next day, new batteries, same, so i had to send back. Wish i could get the same garmin i have had for 5 years with no issues until i broke off the attachment that holds it to the band. This is my second garmin fitness watch. The first i ordered (several years ago) because at the time it was the only one i could find to wear during water aerobics. I later found out it was also the only one that didn’t have to be recharged. The battery lasted well over a year. When i started researching for a new fitness watch, i found that most now could be used in water, however, all the other name brands still needed to be recharged every day or so. I never have to take my garmin off my wrist.
I do like the new look, and hope that the battery will be easy to replace. My old one used 2 batteries and lasted 2 years, hope this new one will last that long too.
So good, it s work good, and include ant stick.
Only had it two days, but i like it so far.
It gives me all the information i want when i want it.
Look pretty, but the display panel is smaller compared to vivofit 2. It is a bit difficult to see the number on the split display mode.
Just as good if not better than the more expensive brand.
I like the simple, easy to read device as i am older and still exercise and track my steps each day.
