It does everything i need for a fitness tracker and so much more. The battery life is two days not the 18 hours as advertised.
Battery life is really great i have used it all day, changing songs , using apps and it’s at 69%, also way faster than previous gen.
Love it has all the features i need.
Watch is 5-6 hours old and will not unlock. It now seems that both my phone and the watch needed a upgrade but there was no info telling me this. I don’t know why the watch would not unlock. Seems ok now but a bit of a pain.
Off course it could be cheaper and the battery life longer but is still worth buying – recommended.
Beautiful watch love all the new faces and apps that can be used.
Lovely watch, very fast response, clear bright images, battery charges very quickly.
Only issue i have is needs to be charged every day.

Found that the battery doesn’t last anywhere near the 5 days as advertised. This could be down to the setup that i’m using. Overall i’m happy with it, the calls are clear over the phone. I’m still learning how to use it.
As my first apple watch, i can’t lie this is actually been such a great watch that has so many new features that are used constantly and it just keeps me on my health every single day. Must buy if you have a iphone.
This watch is for hypochondriacs who feel the need to see if they are alive every five minutes i wish apple would make a watch only version with out all the sensors one that alerts email messages etc i’d buy it.
Simple to use in conjunction with other apple products like phone for setting it, otherwise quite fiddly to find things on the screen.
I bought the apple watch 3 a couple of years ago and took it back after 2 weeks. Mainly because the screen would turn off and i’d have to flick my wrist to see the time. I was unsure about buying this watch. However, the always on display is perfect, i can see the time all the time. The silent alarms also help. Others in the house complained about my loud alarms waking them up early. This is probably not a con, i’ve just not had the time to tinker with it.

I had been using an apple watch series 2, which is almost 2 years old so it’s definitely been worth the upgrade. This watch has an inbuilt ecg,blood 02 sensor and heart rate sensor, which are all brilliant and very accurate, it syncs and works perfectly with my iphone and its incredibly quick (compared to my old watch) the larger screen is also much better and much more responsive. Most of the time i can actually use the watch in the water, something i couldn’t do with my old watchoverall it’s a 5/5 it comes with 2 straps so it fits any wrist, the always on display is brilliant, and it’s a super helpful piece of kit.
I always use apple products. Might be a bit more expensive but the after sales service is brilliant. Also arrived in less than 24 hours.
Watch is fine bought this monday after just coming out at £449 now after a few days of being out the price has dropped wasn’t happy.
Amazing battery life, fast, responsive and functional.
Coming from a 3 i found this a reasonable upgrade. The larger screen is probably the best upgrade for me. Battery life is a little worse with the always-on-screen turned on, but a little better than the 3 with it off. The main new feature is the spo2 meter but it isn’t so great and when taking 5 readings in a row i have 5 different readings between 90-100%, while a finger meter gave a consistent 98%. This isn’t a problem with the apple watch but rather a problem with all wrist-based spo2 meters. I have a garmin watch that’s equally as bad with spo2, the wrist is just a bad place to measure spo2. Everything else is as polished as you would expect of an apple watch and works well. Overall i’m very pleased with the watch but it’s not quite as massive an upgrade from the considerably cheaper 3 that i thought it would be.
Does everything the series 5 did, but with the 44mm screen and now the oxygen reader on the watch, in these times this watch is the one to get.
Does everything i’d hoped for and more. Comfy, and looks very stylish.
My first apple watch and to be honest i can not say a bad thing about it except one thing. The strap makes my skin red as you can see on the picture. It doesn’t matter how tight i adjust it. Of course i could complain about the high price, the 2 days battery the missing charging brick, but we all know it is applei do not use any case or screen protector so i will update my review later how this watch looks like in a long term.
Very expensive to buy but cheap looking with the silicone strap like all apple products does as it should.
Does everything you would expect and more, the always on display and the integration with my other apple products is superb, really comfortable.
I have previously owned two apple watches (s0 and s3) and this one is an upgrade from the s3. First things first: make sure your phone is updated to ios 14. I never thought to update mine, and spent hours trying to download it because i couldn’t even set up the watch without it. Once i got past that, things were pretty plain sailing and i got to use my new watch. It has the features the other ones do, as well as new features such as being able to record blood oxygen level, which i did once i figured out what icon it was and after a few unsuccessful readings and adjustments, i managed to get a reading (of 93%, with normal levels being 95%-100%). Now i’ve tried this feature for two days now and it’ll fail about 25% of the time (slowly learning the knack to it to make it more successful), which is obviously irritating but it’s new tech. The readings do seem to have some fluctuation too (for example, i got a reading at 89% one minute and then 98% the next) so it’s reliability is questionable and it could do with some more work. The ecg feature was disappointing as it’s unavailable to people under 22 (which i read was due to lack of research. I mean cmon apple, you’ve got enough money to do so). It’s also hidden because you have to download it from the health app on the iphone (after confirming you’re 22 or above).
Not heavily used and not used to its full potential but still surprised at the poor battery life.
Although not much difference in terms of looks compared to the last watch, the addition of the blood oxygen feature is a welcome one (unless you were on the ios beta that stopped it from work for a while). Use the watch for when out running and it just works. I’ve transferred music to the watch and i’ve connected my airpods to the watch so that i can leave my phone at home.
Great watch and the amount of things it does but my favourite it health tracking to see everything in one place on the app, previously owned an original first apple watch and decided it was time to upgrade it and glad i did this is brilliant super fast and battery life is phenomenal whole day and only gone down 37 percent.
Battery is ok but with all the sensors on the watch it’s worth it.
What can i say about apple products?. It totally changes my life style in a better way and it’s a product very good for taking care of your well being.
