You have to have it in the right position to get it to work.
I read the other reviews but for the price really wasn’t expecting much and i always look on youtube before i buy anything but the only review on there was in japanese so i took a chance and i’m glad i did. In the box you get the watch and instructions that’s it but what else is there you need the strap is thin rubber and very conferrable the buckle is good quality too, so to charge the watch remove the strap from the watch opposite end from the home button just pull a give it a wiggle then plug the watch into your usb port on a pc download the app using the qr code or the link pair the phone to the watch and bish bosh your good to go. Tip if you don’t get the charge symbol when you plug it in unplug turn the watch over and plug it back i know its not rocket science but i did plug it in my car charger the wrong way divvy. For the price you won’t be disappointed unless your looking for a wifit samsung gear or alike if that’s what your expecting then you probably will be disappointed if that’s the case send it back put another 100 quid or more to your refund and buy one of them instead happy days roll on summer.
Product arrived when expected and as advertised, many thanks. My son is very impressed with it and is trying to beat previous days efforts but not sure how long that will last.
Able to see time, steps notifications/calls etc. Only downfall is not waterproof in fine print advises not to go in bath with watch on (even though picture of someone swimming with watch on).
Very pleased with my fitness bracelet.
Great watch / bracelet keeps good time and works well.

Excellent for the price

This is a pretty nice band

Great value for money!
Was very impressed with the watch and it was working fantastically but after 1week stopped charging and now has switched off and will not rechargeboth my children have one now so am anxious that their are not faulty .
This is a pretty nice band, i like the fact that so much info is available onscreen. I also have an epson 100 – so not new to bands. I did have a difference in pulse though, and i know the epson to be very good, as used it side by side with good quality monitoring devices. I did feel like i could not quite get teh band to side nicely on my wrist, so that i would imaging would alter the readings considerable. I also wanted to run the two bands, and a watch on the other side – but that didn’t work. So, i had a watch and a band on the left, and then this bands had the whole of my right wrist to play with, but still had some differences. If you are after a multi-purpose band, that can show, if you switch to it, real time on device display of pulse, i would say this is excellent for the money. It can show trends well, and that maybe enough info for what yo want. If you need extremely accurate info, then you need to be spending considerably more, and probably not a device that is a band only, you probably need to wear a chest strap. And have all the fun of that to deal with.
Can compete with the expensive counter parts.
Finding myself twisting my arm for the time to show to awkward angles. Although it’s overcome by just touching the circle on the face. Battery life is incredible, went on a 5 day holiday without charging it, and it was only 1 bar down.
Quick, responsive, tracks every single step and is amazing to use. Would definitely recommend for the quality and the price.

Really quite good for £20 odd quid. My sister had just but a fitbit for £80 on sale and this did everything the fitbit plus this has a heart rate monitor. The app is not amazing, a bit clunky, but it works and appears to be a copy of the fitbit app. I do regular walks and the step counter is relatively consistent and over 8-10,000 steps the difference between my phone step counter and the bracelet tends be around 2-300 steps (cant say which is more accurate but it’s consistent). Charging is super easy as you just pull off the bracelet and plug the watch into a usb port, no dock or cable necessary so nothing to remember when you go on holiday etc. The bracelet is a bit chunky, ideal size door a guy, probably too bulky for a woman for daily wear. Battery lasts at least 3-4 days.
Bluetooth range could be better but otherwise really good don’t even know i am wearing it.
Great little gadget, has been a top gadget this last few months.
Hmmm, would not buy again, easily scratched.
I was looking for a smart bracelet and only wanted 3 things:1) ability to track your steps. 2) measure my heart rate3) look really good. This product had all of them and even more: ability to track your activity when doing sports, biking, great design, no cables to charge it (it charges in about 1h), measure your sleep activity. Actually it has even more functions (take pictures with your phone, control music), but i don’t really need them. Totally worth itdecided to rate it 4 stars because:1) it was not delivered to my shipping address in lithuania. Instead, it was dropped off at the nearby shopping center. Not even employees who work there were able to explain why it happened, but it appears that they have a contract with shipping company ‘itella’ and they said they do that a lot, but it was still delivered on time. 2) when you open the box, you basically find watch and instructions how to download the app, but no instructions how to set it up, turn off facebook notifications when you sync it with your phone and more. Basically, i had to learn how to use it by coming back to amazon for instructions and by trial and error. 3) i turned off ability to track your sleep activity, because it does not work the way i thought it would.
Excellent value for moneyi have now worn it twice for swimming/jacuzzi/steam room sessions of about 1 hour in total with no adverse effects. The watch came with an instruction sheet which told me in 6 different languages how to download and use the phone app but not a word about how to use the watch itself – not even how to charge it. Right at the end of this sheet it told me how to download the ‘use’ manual. As a pedometer i find it inaccurate. I have compared it with my old omron (which i have ‘clicker tested’ a number of times over the years) and i find it is generally between 7% and 10% low in the count. This is probably because it counts arm-swings rather than body movements. The screen is virtually unreadable outside in normal daylight. So why, with all these complaints have i still given it 4 stars?. It is great, it is fun to use and cheap enough not to take too seriously. My main reasons for buying it were for swimming and as a heart rate monitor. I am so pleased with it i have bought another for my daughter.
【Health Reminder】—Record all your activity and heart rate. Easy to know the daily life. Perfect gift for family. Target Remind Function to inform you to move.
Fantastic value for money, does what it says – looks smart, is comfortable and has all the features i need. Substantially less cost than a branded model, why pay more for a name.
Just received my watch today and i have to say i’m very impressed so far especially for the bargain that it is. Obviously i would love a 3-400 pound smart watch but i cannot justify such an expense so thought i would give this a go having read the other reviews. Download the app and boom my phone synced within 2 seconds with no issue. (i have iphone 6s) go into the app and register your details (height weight etc) you can also set goals. There are options to use this cycling, running, treadmill, skipping sit ups to name a few. I haven’t used it on a run yet but will do that tonight and compare it with strava to see how accurate it is. You get notifications from texts, whatsapp and i believe facebook but haven’t had any messages on fb yet. You can’t see who the message is from or reply from your watch but you can read the message, which i personally think is great and more than enough. I’m considering getting one for my daughter because i like it so much, the only reason i didn’t give it full 5 stars as it would be nice if it came in different colours. Maybe you can buy separate straps i’m not sure.
Excellent product considering the price. Not over complicated display for us new to fitness tech. I would definitely recommend it.
Lack of info as to how to charge but excellent.
Very good value for the money, although very sensitive for example you may find at the end of the day you have cycled everywhere because you tapped the watch on something.
