Brand: Motorola Motorola Moto 360 Stainless Steel Smartwatch and Heart Rate/Activity Tracker – Love it!
Looks good, feels & it does so much.
Brilliant delivery, well packaged and a high grade product.
I’ve my moto 360 for a couple of days and it was worth every penny. So easy to set up and get started. Theirs watch faces available to suit everyone’s needs. You can tell it what notifications to push and what not to push to your watch. Extremely good at picking up speech and recognising what you say, i’ve been sending texts and emails all morning from it.
Had this for about 3 months and it started to lagg on applications and the battery would quickly run low then suddenly one day it just stopped working and wouldnt charge so amazon sent me a replacement, had the watch for a further 2 months and again it has broken and doesnt charge. Now getting refund but overall its a good watch and very convientient i may try the 2nd gen to see if its any better .
I was really impressed with this and it was easy to change the watch faces etc but since the software has been taken over literally one year later it is stopped working properly, which is really disappointing.
After several weeks with this watch i am very happy with it. I was initially put off by reviews dating from before december 2014 when the android wear update was rolled out but if you read reviews from after that update was applied then you’ll see that most of the initial complaints have been addressed and resolved. Yes there’s still the odd frustrating moment but this is still early days in the next gen wearables game. Sure the apple watch software will probably work flawlessly but i personally dislike the square design. This moto 360 is a beautiful device. Well made, light weight and perfect size. I guess most people want to know why you would buy one of these, what can you do with it?well. Aside from tell the time you can read emails, whatsapp messages, texts, facebook and instagram notifications and messages. You can view and edit your schedule, linked to your calendar. You can send messages by voice which genuinely works very well. You can record and view health information like your heart rate, calories burned, track a run with google my tracks and a built in pedometer. You can navigate using google navigation micro.

OK, I caved in and bought one – do it, you won’t be disappointed

Nice form factor, but ultimately a bit gimmicky

I am very pleased with this and would recommend it to any Android phone user
I think the next edition will be better, the issues with the battery and the bluetooth range.
Some bugs, mediocre batterylevel, great looks and feel.
Really good for notifications (calls, emails, texts). Battery life much better than i though it would be. Really nice with a pebble steel strap.
One issue i have with it though is that the built in app motobody does not integrate with a lot of the other fitness apps out there. This means you need to use a third party app to do so. This works fine but you need to disable the motobody app from using the sensors. However whenever apps or software on the watch gets updated motorola automatically re-enables their app which then stops the other app from working. This has lost the watch one star.
I loved the aesthetics of the 360, lovely clean minimalist design with a classy understated strap. Battery life is 1 day if you use it as a navigation aid, even less. The connection between the back of the watch and the straps is a weak point. Mine was cracking after 6 months of light use. I unfortunately, had to return it because of this. In my view that is a seriously design flaw.

Looks goods and works smoother than my ‘old’ g watch. Charger can be a bit strange but that seems to be a known issue. Need to just make sure the charging is working otherwise the it can be flat in the morning. Still a better solution than the pins on the g watch i think.
Bought this as looked very impressive at pre-release, and worlds-apart from the competitor’s smartwatches, having never been a fan of motorola’s phones – tending to find them more form over function – ravr v3 etc, i thought i’d take the plunge and pre-order this. The watch arrived in a nice round box, well packaged, the product was well made, and the strap nice and soft – i don’t have the biggest wrists for a bloke, but this fits well, the screen is a bit pixelly, and ultimately a shame about the ‘flat-tire’ at the bottom – hopefully this will be eliminated with further iterations. Did i find myself using this much?. Ultimately, no, i now think the entire smartwatch thing is a bit gimmicky, friends of mine who have adopted the apple watch now no longer wear theirs, and my biggest gripe was that the voice commands were often misheard, or i would issue a command to get the ‘can’t connect right now’ message 9 times out of 10 – i got some use out of this, and it was great to be able to change watch faces for the now-banned luxury watch replicas – but this has since been retired in place of a 1990’s style casio calculator watch – more my kind of smartwatch.
I was worried that this might be a superfluous purchase, but i have found this device extremely useful. Notifications, responding to chats etc. All without having to take my cumbersome phone out of my pocket. If you have a large screen phone (verging on phablet size) i would suggest you will be able to find a use case for a wearable device. The moto360 actaully looks like a watch, the faces are good and the battery life is better than expected.
A great accessory for anyone who doesn’t want to take their phone out of their pocket 50 times a day. Get it all to your wristcould do with having a speaker for phone calls, but otherwise, i could not live without one now :).
This watch was exactly what i wanted. A comfortable, smart looking product with numerous features & functions which were there to make checking notifications easier. If you’re buying this watch to change your life you may be disappointed but if you’re looking for a purchase to make your life that little bit easier & just make you happy to check the time then it#s a great purchase.
Voice commands: Just speak to get the info you need.
Probably the best piece of kit this year.
I’ve had this watch for nearly a month now and it has already become an essential part of my day. I don’t have to take my phone out of my pocket that often because my watch is right there. The battery life is good and i would be a little lost without it. The only faults in can find are that it doesn’t have an inbuilt speaker somewhere so i could hear my calls etc. The other is the watch strap. It looks a bit cheep and rubberised. I wanted to buy an official one but they aren’t avaliable in the uk. You can buy them but you aren’t guaranteed for quality. Overall if you’re in the market for a smart watch look no further, this is by far the best smart watch our there.
Really quick delivery and the smart watch looks and feels great :d.
Can’t complain for the price.
Works like a dream especially with some off the apps off of the android market. Altho the watch is water resistant dont go into the shower with it as the touch screen may not work after and will require it to be placed back in the charger so that it can recharge and heat the watch up to remove the moisture, which usually sits under the heart rate monitor. Changing the straps your self is an easy job to do. A very sturdy and good looking watch.
This watch is an amazing product the only problem is the battery but otherwise from that i would recommend.
All-day battery: Go all day and recharge wirelessly on a dock at night.
Just as amazing in person as it was browsing on the net. I bought for my 15 year old brother and he is still amazed with it. Top buy and very stylish too :).
Love my moto 360 and with the latest update has enhanced the watch even more.
Amazing, love it, adore it, it’s fantastic, love, love love. Sick of being asked if it’s an iwatch though. android is way ahead of apple lol.
Leather strap stains, other than that ok so far.
Wasn’t sure when i first bought it, but after a week i fell in love. Now almost a month later i can’t imagine not using one. I turned off whatsapp notifications and now get two days of battery life out of it. Got a very festive santa clock on it at the moment.
I previously had i) samsung gear ii) samsung gear fit and then the lg smart watch. I really enjoy wearables, some might see them as gimmicks, i see them as futuristic and a taste of things to come. I read reviews on websites for the moto 360, they all stated how it’s beautifully made, looks elegant etc. I saw a demo version on the highstreet (black version) and wasn’tthat impressed by its looks – the watch wasn’t switched on so i couldn’t view the functionality/screen in action. Needless to say, i took the plunge and ordered the light chrome version. Very nicely packaged, the qi wireless charging stand is genius but the watch still looked like a thick round slab on a narrow leather strap. Pairing the watch to my moto g was simple and quick, the watch os (android wear) updated itself and i was soon receiving google cards, texts, email and call notifications etc. I have found myself admiring the watch, after my initial negative thoughts, i have to admit it looks stunning when its actually on your wrist, it screams quality and elegance – it’s the first smart watch i’ve owned that actually looks like a traditional watch. The rounded face is a joy to look at, the actual watch ‘faces/dials’ are nicely designed – from minimalistic to full on graphics – the choice is yours.
Brilliant watch and great price on amazon.
Create your own look: Choose from different designs and strap options.
Its the dogs, brilliant, delivery the best so far.
Best looking android wear watch out in the market. (i don’t mind the flat tire display, many watch face design takes care of that. )with the recent android wear update to 4. I did find asking the watch to track a 40 mins run or cycle ride cause the battery drops 25 percent.
Apart from the back cracking issue the watch lasts a full day without problem, not had an issue with it at all, the software keeps getting better with every update. Also the watch now connects to wi-fi networks thanks to the 5. However beware replacement bands are hard to come buy due to the proprietary slot (probably motorola trying to make use buy their bands, however they do not sell band stand alone in the uk so thanks motorola) however you can buy a normal >=22mm band and cut the slot hole into it or alternatively you can buy third party bands made specifically for the watch.
Fantastic bit of technology. Love my watch now that i get the battery to last 20hrs even with ambient switched on. Did take a while to get everything working correct though.
Built-in pedometer and heart rate monitor: Track activity right on your wrist.
