Bought 2 of these for my 4 and 7 year olds as ones i got for them previously had zero battery life. So handy to make calls to who ever is on their contact lists. Easy to use sos button on the side of the watch to make emergency calls. Watch also has a useful flashlight built in to it and few games for them to play. The added feature of a camera is great too.
I bought these smart watches for my grandsons but left the job of setting them up to my son. Once he got the correct sim card, he said they were quite easy to set up.
My 10 year old loves this smart watch.
This is a good watch my son loves it very much, he likes that it count his steps and i can give him a heart as a reward for doing so many and it is good that he can call me or i can call him, i like that it has gps tracking and any problems i’ve had with the watch the emails have always been responded too and helpful. It also good that you can restrict it for school times so it’s just a watch and they can’t use the other uses of the watch so no disruption.
Constantly saying ‘no network equipment’ i’ve followed instructions and sent the recommended texts. No way to get in contact with seller directly. Getting annoyed now
this is a replacement watch as the sim cover came off the first one. Managed to get that one to work so give the ‘working’ watch a 4 star but who knows with this new one.
This is a great watch my son loves it and uses it on a daily basis. He loves to take pics of him and his freinds and then i have to sit there looking at them lol. It is good that we can call each other when needed since i was not happy for him to carry a phone round at his age. Not that i use it much but the tracker facility gives a great piece of mind should i need to use it in an emergency. My first one broke after about 7 months but they had a no quibble policy and sent a me a replacement within days of getting in touch, now thats awesome customer service and you cant go wrong. Overall great little gadget i would recommend to all and a great seller.

Good functionality and good value. Nice to be able to call and track my child knowing the watch is safely on their wrist. Even sends you a text when the watch has been taken off or if the battery has run low.
Its our second gps watch and comparing to the previous this works. As described over wifi lsb or gps and it’s accurate. We experience only problem with strap however the seller kindly offer is free replacement of the strap.
Some problem in setting up but solved easily.
I ordered this watch for my 6 year old daughter to wear as a few of her friends had them at school. I found it very easy to set up with comprehensive instructions that tell you step by step what to do. There can be a couple of errors when setting up such as ‘no networking equipment’ however the instructions explain how to get rid of this and once the watch is set up it’s great. I find it really handy to phone my daughter when she is with a friend playing and can also check with the gps and wi-fi tracker where she is on the map. There is an sos button she can press in an emergency or if she gets lost which then calls my mobile. She loves playing with the camera and maths games too.
Although the device can fall offline from time to time the main functions work which is calling, sos and most importantly the tracker. It’s one of the few i’ve found where the gps works which is the most important thing. Where we are there are very few telephone masts so i found turning off the lbs (location based service tracker) is better as it switches to gps. Overall, although early days i’m pleased.
The customer service support was good and the product could do with a better gps and indoor reception. However, for the price it is, not a problem and it has a number of good basic and added functionalities to entertain kids.
My son is 9 and he loves it. Looks sturdy in comparison to similar watches. I can call my son and check on his whereabouts all the time. Excellent choice if you don’t want to buy a smartphone. Also, very helpful customer service.
Bought it for my 8 year old sons. A nice decent watch suitable for kids. Nice screen, good resolution. Recommended for kids 5-10 years of age.
My son loves the watch but sadly after a few wears strap broke. To be fair company have been good and are going to replace strap, waiting.
