I have tried other makes for the garmin and found each to have it’s advantages but the moko is probably the best in terms of quality, comfort, feel and finish. An excellent substitute for the original at a good price. The buckle on my strap is metal alloy.
Having snapped three retaining band in the original fenix strap i needed a replacement. Seeing the cost of the garmin straps i looked at alternative straps and finally choose this one. Whilst it doesn’t feel as strong as the garmin it’s definitely softer and more comfortable and i will probably buy another strap to have a spare, as i suspect i won’t use the red one, though you never know. Great straps and good value for money.
Was a bit sceptical about this but great product very comfortable and looks great.
Make sure you do not loose the little screws that fit into the strap hinges. Too early to test durability.
Very quick to install, came with two screwdrivers where some only come with 1, looks similar to original strap.
These are a a quarter of the price of an official garmin strap, and you get two of them. It’s much softer, which i find more comfortable too. The red matches the red in the watch face and the black is a stylish matt. The clasps are of a good quality and the strap holder is robust hard plastic and effectively a copy of the original design. Fitting took less than 5 minutes (to a fenix 3) and two tools are included (which are used against each other) to remove the screw and rod from the watch. When replacing the strap on a relatively expensive and well used sports watch the concern is obviously one of quality and durability, especially if purchasing a non-branded, cheaper alternative. The silicon strap which came with the garmin fenix3 had started to tear after 2 years intensive use (daily wear, multiple sports, underwater use etc). The choice of 6 coloured straps presented at a price significantly less than one original is indeed an attractive offer. Having used the replacement strap for 1 month i am satisfied enough to write a review stating that it shows no sign of wear, is as comfortable as the original and has maintained colour. I specifically chose to fit the light pink strap to see if visible discolouration took place. The first picture shows a comparison of the original red strap (bottom) with the replacement (top). Visible are slight variations in moulding and buckle but nothing which is noticeable in daily use. The silicon has a slightly softer feel than the original which appears firmer and has a waxy sheen. The new strap is easier to flex and deform but has no obvious weak-points and has not deteriorated with daily use over the last month. Each strap comes with one tool although it really takes 2 tools to undo the straps from the watch so purchasing in a set of 6 means you always have spare tools to perform this.

Very similar to the original garmin strap but slightly softer silicone. Easy to fit and came with all the tools required to do the job. Only gave three stars for durability as i’ve only been using it for a week but don’t expect any issues.
Fine for a replacement to civer the garmin strap breaking. Find my wrist is very sweaty with this band caompared to others and also even leaving it loose it can leave a fair impression on wrist.
For the price you pay and what you get it is an amazing product. The soft rubber feels so nice and light. Also, the loop secures the strap as the original. I must say if somebody would give me these straps and wouldn’t tell me who made them i would never be able to tell that it is not original. Also, a combo of two straps and a set of drivers to install them is a great deal for 8. If your original is failing then don’t even think about it and get a set. Very happy with the purchase.
So far so good it’s been 1 day since fitting the new strap. The material is a lot softer than the original garmin strap. The build and quality of the strap seems as good as the garmin. I will update this post in time but so far so good.
I use my garmin fenix 3 for swimming, walking and hiking. The replacement straps are comfortable, functional and very similar to the original. Two months in and no defects yet. As 2 are supplied one red and one black i am hopeful they will last. I have always worn a black watch strap but am now using the red one out of preference. The black will be used for more formal affairs. An excellent replacement for my 2 year old garmin strap.
Okay product – when clips in, the band does not always hold in place and will flip out of the rubber band. Good for under £6 however i would personally buy a garmin official one. I have a garmin official yellow band that just feels that bit better and holds completely in shape.
The branded version was so pricey so decided to try this for the price, and have to say suitably impressed. Very soft and comfortable, but make sure to keep the original pins as they don’t come with it, just the tools. Gave it 4* for durability as feels a little more flimsy than original although ok so far. . Might change the review if it does break but so far so good.
Bought this to use with a fenix 5. A little cut here and there and it fits the watch perfectly and looks good too. I even over cut the bits which left splits in the strap. I tested it out a bit and pulled on it with force, i’m confident it will last a long time.
The replacement band was used for garmin 3 sapphire. The band is not exactly the same as the original, it has a feel of coated slipness which is actually an improvement from the original band. It feels better on the wrist. The band comes with two screwdrivers for the replacement,which is easy to do. I’ve had it for a few days now and i’m totally satisfied.
Wear watch 24/7 and use for swims, runs and any other training. Get through genuine garmin straps quickly so these are brilliant for me. The fit and material is good and if anything more supple than normal.
Replacement for 4 year old strap ,easily set up and changed and so far has been a brilliant replacement. Sturdy and strong even after heavy weights sessions.
Had this silicone band now for about 2 months wear it everyday on my fenix 3hr which i use mostly for golf about 3 times per week. So i think that’s fairly heavy use. This band so far is vey good no complaints at all to be honest and it was very easy to change. I have seen some poor reviews but i’m really happy with the purchase.
These watch straps are brilliant, great value and, in my opinion, better than the genuine ones. They are more forgiving than the original, this means they sit more comfortably on the wrist (they stretch slightly when fastening). They come in numerous colours, are easy to change and great value (buying in packs makes them even cheaper). I’ve got 9 or 10 of these, i wear them with a fenix 3 and i thoroughly recommend them.
This product is a good replacement for the original strap. Proseasy to fitcomfortable, i. It isn’t a direct replacement. It does look slightly different. The strap is thinner than the original, which isn’t an issue for me but be aware. Also the clasp is black whereas the original was brushed metal. You can see this in the product picture. Good value functional replacement and would recommend.
If you think these have the quick fit mechanism then don’t buy this product. But if you like a color and want to use it like normal band then it’s quality is good doesn’t attract dust.
Softer than original garmin and with a little more give. Colour has remained bright with no staining or polishing.
Break easily, smell weird and feel cheap when you’re wearing them. 5 out of 6 broke in less than 6 months.
A decent alternative to the vastly overpriced genuine garmin strap. The piece that secures the strap can dig in to the wrist a little as others have described but have not found this to be a significant problem.
Had the orange version of this strap on for about 18 months. The strap itself is great quality, it’s comfortable and it hasn’t picked up any dirt the way some silicone items do, so it’s still the same colour it was when fitted. The small rubber retaining loop has just snapped, but after 18 months of constant use, with the watch being removed and put back on at least once a day, i think that’s acceptable durability.
A great price for two replacement bands. These were bought after the original started to split after about 18 months (which seems common). These bands are great replacements – identical design but in a softer, more flexible material. It’s fun to have a colour in there (i got the red) and at a fraction of the official garmin price i’m very happy. Product comes with two posi-drives to remove the spring bars. Note that, unlike some replacement band packages, this does not come with replacement spring bars (which is no problem given that you already have some. )edit: score reduced to four stars on noting that the clasp appears to be plastic unlike the really nice metal clasp of the original. Makes for a cheaper finish, but the comfort of the band overall is rather better probably.
Decent replacement for the original. Only downside is the strap loop has very squared edges that rub on your wrist. Will see how long it lasts compared to the 12 months the original lasted.
A good set of straps for a low price; i’ve been using the red strap for a reasonable while now and have had no concerns about the strap in any way, however, it seems that the silicone-esque material can irriate skin with extended wear, especially when sweating. Whilst i would expect this, i find the original garmin strap to be less prone to causing irritation.
Bought this strap to replace the original on my fenix 3, which lasted around 15-16 months (seems like the going rate, if not better). The look of it is pretty good and goes well with the watch. There is a difference in the feel of it and you can tell that it is slightly lower quality than the garmin, in my opinion. The one downside for me is that the strap loop is quite a hard rubber, in comparison to the rest of the strap, which rubs and digs in to your wrist. I found this irritating when sitting at my desk, typing. I ended up with quite significant markings on my wrist where i was resting them. Overall, it’s very good for the price however, i’m likely to purchase a garmin strap due to the rubbing of the loop.

These moko bands lack some of the sculptured cosmetic design of the garmin bands, but the silicone is of a similar feel and quality. Six wristbands for just £13. 99 – a bargain at that pricefor a comparison between these and the garmin original, see the black bands in my photo.
I purchased this like so many others as my original strap had fallen apart, albeit after 2 years of use. Very supple and comfortable with no problems thus far (i’ve only just received tbh). Great price considering you get two straps, so if one does fail after a while i’ll have a backup. The red coloured strap is just like the original, which is my preferred choice. Normally i’m a little sceptical about buying low cost – buy nice, pay twice i always say- but the original is way too expensive for what it is. Came with the tools which did the job nicely, if i remember i’ll post an update on how well the strap has weathered. Ok i’ve been wearing the red strap now since i last wrote this review and it’s held up really well.
Not happy with the clasp setup on theses straps, it the normal style spring pins that hold straps to watches, and wouldn’t trust this over the original screw pin. Easy to swap over though, moko pin is the top one on photo. Is a softer strap than genuine one, and will see how it holds up b4 splitting, genuine straps last me about a year.
The straps look good, and are really soft. Softer than the original i replaced. The provided tools made changing straps a breeze. The one issue is with the loop that’s supposed to hold the free hanging bit of the strap. In the original garmin strap, it has a small protrusion on the inside inside that locks into the free strap, holding them together in place. In these moko ones, that protrusion is minimal. So, when the watch is worn anything less than extremely tight, the loose end of the strap keeps slipping out of the loop, and being an irritant. Since i wear the watch a bit loose, except while running or swimming, this is a major irritant. I could fashion a crude replacement from a rubber band, but that would be just that.
Bought these as replacement straps for my garmin fenix 3. Feel a little flimsy compared to branded straps but they hold their own.
