WATCHU for Kids Phone Watch with GPS Tracker – Check Your Child’s Whereabouts – SOS Button with Voice Chat – Call Them from Your Mobile – Friendly UK Tech Support (Princess Pink), Good tracker

This a fantastic product, purchased for my ‘wandering’ 9yo with asd. We’ve had our teething problems but customer services have been fabulous. The sos feature works fantastically. And he will answer in soft play when i can’t find him to take him hometracking is fab. Even tracked through france which is the main reason we bought it. He’s now able to be a little more independent with us being confident we’ll find him should he forget himself and wander off. Even the teacher has the app on her phone for day trips and overnight stays.

We’re so pleased to be able to see where our daughter is when she’s out playing with friends and that she has the ability to call us and us call her. It gives us real peace of mind during this stage where she’s wanting more responsibility and freedom. We’ve also had cause to get in touch with the aftersales team for technical help and customer service. We have found them all to be extremely helpful giving a level of service which is rare these days. I bought this watchu at full price (not on a discount for review) so my comments are completely unbiased. I am extremely happy with it and the confidence it gives us is worth every penny.

We bought after trying the cheap one. Cheap alternative was nice, but had few bugs and battery life wasn’t good. Battery is good, when used without constant locationing. Location – show properly only when outside. Voice messaging – not working well, i don’receive any alert on my phone and also messages come with big delay. For this money they could make better app.

When i first decided to buy this, i was a little worried due to the reviews. I was buying for my son’s birthday present, so it needed to be good. So i ordered a few days in advance just in case of disappointments. I set it, and it worked fine. I did purchase their call package which works out at £10. 99 a month for unlimited data & calls. So my son opened it for his birthday & was delighted. The very next day, it had stopped working. The lady from support didn’t understand why, i was online chatting with her for near on an hour which was incredibly frustrating.

Good watch but location accuracy not very good as shows wrong location a lot of the time which is not good when wanting to know where your son is.

Battery is rubbish – needs charging every day. It didn’t keep accurate time for a week or so then seemed to be okay. But, this is a good way to keep an eye on my child – too young for a phone but old enough to want to let the rope out a little. He can ring me and i can ring him. Don’t have to worry about a phone getting stolen or lost cos it is attached to his wrist.

Customer support is also fantastic.

More freedom without the worry!

Generally a great idea

My 8 year old loves it

Accuracy, battery life are very good. Clarity of voice on both ends of the call is very good. Sounds like my kid is making a proper phone call.

I bought this for my 6 year old son who has recently started wanting to play out with his friends. I opted for this over a cheaper one on the market as reliability is obviously a big thing and i worried the cheaper ones would let me down. The watch looks great however the big bug bear i have with it is once you set the watch face to analogue it instantly stops being child friendly. There are no numbers whatsoever on the clock face which is obviously no good for a child still getting to grips with telling the time.To add to the confusion the display also shows the battery life and steps the child has taken-with the number of % battery life is where ‘3’ or ‘quarter past’ should be and the number of steps is where ‘6’ or ‘half past’ should be. This is something that seemingly can not be changed. (see photo) most adult smart watches have endless choices of watch face available via an app. Call quality etc seems ok but have yet to test out the location. My advice would be to make sure your child knows how to tell the time with 100% confidence before buying this watch. My son would have had to wear 2 watches when he goes out to play- not ideal when you are spending nearly £100 between the watch and topping up the sim.

Very impressed with this watch phone. Allows my daughter a bit more freedom and allows me the ability to contact her anytime.

Initially the watch thought it was in wales & not scotland. I phoned customer service & was resolved. It’s a great watch/ phone/gps tracker. I bought it more for me so i don’t worry or restrict my 9 year old son. He is too young for a phone. He doesn’t want to carry a phone about as he is climbing and running etcthe watch is on his wrist and just stays therewhen we call each other the sound quality is great. Very happy and reassured mum.

Conceptually i thought this a great product, and invested in one for my son. Generally it has been very good, and operates as expected, and he does regularly make calls when out at friends or on sleep overs. Gives him the ability to speak do simple things like say goodnight, or let us know he is leaving and on his way back home. The reduced price does make this a much better value for money product. However it could do so much moregenerally the tracking is good, it would be nice to be able to alter the regularity of location polling from the watch, or it be able to dynamically update frequency of polling dependent upon its frequency of moving. If its moving more, send more updates. If its pretty stationary, reduce the number to increase battery life)battery life does seem quite low, but it is doing a lot in a small device. If not used for a while, or sitting in a location with no reception, it can take a considerable time (~10-15 mins) to log back onto the mobile network, normally taking a few reboots.

Takes a bit of time to set up, but once done works really well.

Im very pleased with this watch. Easy to set up, accurate gps location, made a few calls to and from the wach and all was great. Im very happy with the choice.

HUAWEI Band 4 Pro- Smart Band Fitness Tracker, 4.5 stars

Have had it since saturday and am pretty impressed. Battery is still @ 80% after having tracked 2* 1 hour jogging sessions, a walk and trusleep enabled 2 nights in a row. Gps seems accurate as compared to my phone (p20 pro). During jogging discrepiancy was i think 100m. It was about 200m during the 4 k walk where i took frequent nt stops ( so have to investigate what happens during the stops). Wheather at the time was also really bad. Sleeping tracking as far as i can tell is ok ( obviously difficult to asses but number of wake periods at night was correct). It is really great that it is waterproof as well. I am deducting one star since health app is not perfect. For example it is not very clear what data is dispalyed on the home page – phone or band and app. Setup out of the box took 20 mins on my phone. I use it mainly for tracking outdoor running. It maps very accurately through gps the route i took and the time splits. Using the gps on drains the battery by 12-15% for a 40mins ru...

AIKELA Smart Watch Fitness Trackers – Inexpensive yet fairly accurate fitness watch

The good:• affordable and accessible, great for getting stuck in with fitness trackers/smartwatches• relatively rugged – should withstand daily punishment in the gym or the workplace• phone integration (e. Messaging) works well, allowing for ‘hands free’ information• veryfitpro app is relatively clear and simple to use, let’s you access all of the information the watch can provide*• heart rate and sleep tracking are accurate for the price point, giving you an insight into your healththe bad:(remember it’s a fraction of the price of leading brands)• not as accurate as more expensive fitness trackers due to single optical heart rate sensor• *lack of integration with more specific apps/software (you milage may vary). I am not usually one for big watches or electronics, but it’s hard to have a life without one now. Decided to give myself an early christmas present with this beauty and it did not disappoint. It sits on my wrist so well and comfortably. No problems connecting to my iphone,...
