This has been an invaluable product which i would highly recommend. I actually bought if for my 93 year old father who lives independently and it gives great peace of mind. He used the sos button when he had a fall recently and so i was able to get around straight away.
My son is very happy with it and feel more secure wgen out and about.
I bought this watch for my little daughter. While i know it’s a bit to early for her to wear a watch like this, i think i better be safe than sorry. The watch fits her wrist well and looks nice on. It took me a bit to connect it to the app and to my phone but now we are up and running. It works well and i tested it in the town centre together with my husband and it was easy to track. Simple to use and my daughter is getting used to it. Comes in a nice box, also great as a gift.
Excellent product after you manage to set up.
No instructions for making calls, my son keeps using the sos function to ring us, better set up instructions are needed. Especially for making calls and how to use each function. Took me over a hour just to do the initial set up aswell. But the gps works great as we tried it last night.
This watch is fab, had a little trouble with gps but nothing that couldn’t be sorted by email to the manufacturers. The calls are clear and i can send text messages. The tracking device is easy to use a fairly accurate.
I brought this for my 7 year old. Worked really well to begin with but wont turn on for any more than a minute now.
The watch is great but it is not accurate in pinpointing the location needs to work on more advanced technology.

The look and feel is very nice and surprisingly good. It took some time to setup and there are now any good guide in the box, but email support was very helpful and fast, they helped with codes and information. So all functions are running well now. Location isn’t always precise. You will need time to understand how it works, as there are only 4 buttons and no any instructions how to use, but when you get it – it works. You can’t call, but able to send a message, than when she is free – she can listen it and send answer back. 4 stars only because of lack of good instructions.
I brought this 9tong gps watch for peace of mind when kids go out to play and on the way to school. There are plenty of watches in amazon and its difficult to choose and confusing. I was looking for simple watch without gimmicks of pretending to be smart watch with music, games, camera as the battery would not last in these watches. This does not have many features and makes it simple to use for kids. My main use from watch is to call him or let him call, gps was secondary. Gps can sometimes be hit and miss if it uses lbs. Overall you can’t go wrong for 30 odd pounds. First watch stopped working and inserting sim was fiddly. Fortunately chinese companies are getting better at customer care and sent me a replacement watch within a week of contacting them. I would recommend this for anyone looking for simple to use kids watch.
Like most i dream of enid blyton days where my 9 year old can cycle round the village without a care in the world. But also i’d like to keep tabs on the little rascal and give him peace of mind he can contact me should he feel threatened in any way. So after much googling and reading of amazon reviews i plumped for this watch. I thought if like many of his gadgets he uses it for a month and then doesn’t bother with it i’ve not wasted much money with up front costs and contracts. Literally £35 and with a giff gaff sim i can stop paying at anytime. Bottom line; cost price is amazing, set up is tricky but with a bit of patience, amazon reviews (for weird fiddly codes) and youtube. Look at reviews for the q50 & q90 as although different watches i think the connectivity and weird magic that goes on in the phone is the same. I got it working after about an hour and i’m pretty useless with electronics. The call clarity is very good. The app is cute, i can’t vouch for the gps location accuracy yet as it’s a christmas present but it’s currently showing correct location in my house.
Bought this for my nephew and he loves it, great colours and as he is only 6 it’s a way for him to feel like he has a phone without actually having one, he can message his mum and she can message him and as he gets older it will be great to see where he is if he meets up with friends.
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with some of the reviews being less positive, but the watch arrived nicely packaged and i found the set up instructions clear to follow. Worth pointing out that the sim holder is under the battery and you need to use the mini screwdriver that’s included to remove the battery for access. This is all stated under the product information on amazon, just not in the included leaflet. Setting up the watch and linking it to the phone app couldn’t have been easier, i used a giff gaff sim and it worked without me having to contact the seller to set anything up. The only negative for me was that the charge point for the watch has a little cover, which just wouldn’t stay shut. I pulled it off altogether in the end and will just have to risk it getting dirt etc in there, but at this price i’m not bothered. I’ve only tested the gps at home as have yet to give it to my son and was surprised to find it pretty accurate, showing the position as being 2 houses away. Some instructions on how to use the watch once set up would be good. Trial and error showed me pressing button 2 gives you the phone list, pressing it again moves you through the list and holding it in whilst the name you want is highlighted then dials the number.
This is fantastic, works superbly and great value for money.
I like that the watch has no games. All settings are easy to adjust and all functions are so practical.
The watch arrived swiftly and was exactly as described. My son loved the fun design and comfortable wrist strap. The graphics were colourful and easy to negotiate. The support received for set up issues was great.

Purchased for my 10 year old as he’s started playing in the streets with his friends, after one incident of us not being able to find him we didn’t want to stop him playing with his friends so we came across this. The watch works great, allows us to have peace of mind that we know where he is, it also works great letting him know teas ready. Looks like an ordinary watch and was easy to setup.
Great product and fabulous for contacting my child, only downside is battery life.

Fab watch apart from gps which is of no use. Replaces child’s phone when playing out so phone isn’t lost and we can still communicate.

Had some difficulty setting the watch up initially (probably due to living on an island) but the seller couldn’t have been more helpful.
I bought this watch for my 9 year old so i could call when they were out playing. I love that this watch is completely programmed through the parent app so the child can’t change any settings / add other numbers / call any random numbers etc. It’s very simple to use, and has been a big hit. The display is nice and bright, easy to see. The speakers are nice and clear so you can hear the phone call well. I struggled with setting the watch up, mainly because i’m on an island. Alice at the support email was amazing. My emails were answered very quickly, and with her help i was able to finish setting up the watch pretty quickly. The gps function isn’t 100% accurate, but everything else has been fab. I would definitely buy again / recommend to friends.
This product did exactly what we needed it to do as we weren’t ready for our son to have a phone. It is easy to set up and use and gives us piece of mind when our son is out. The after sale service is excellent and quick to respond when i had a query. I would definitely recommend this product.
Top watch once you configure it. I couldn’t connect with the app but managed to do so after following the troubleshooting section of the instructions ans sent the various text to the phone only to find it was a hk ip address so i followed the instructions to change it to europe. Time will tell if it’s reliable.
Good looking watch and working as it said happy with this purchase.
