Ticwatch S Knight Smartwatch, It’s brilliant. Don’t know how robust it Will be though

Android wear is, in my opinion, the best os to have on a smartwatch, the simple user interface is pleasant and reliability is solid. The biggest annoyance with this watch is the battery life, with most notifications turned off for the watch and minimal use (replying to the occasional text message and changing tracks on spotify) i am able to make the battery life last about 10 hours. This is just about a full day, however, if i go out after work my smartwatch becomes a useless black screen on my wrist that can’t even tell me the time as it has died. I have to charge this watch every night, sometimes twice a day. I went on holiday recently taking my watch with me, it died in the evening of the first day and due to the hassle of remembering to charge it every time i got into my hotel room i decided not to use it and leave it in my bag until i got home (very dissapointing).

Bought as a gift for my husband, who is a bit of a techie, and is therefore hard to please. He has been very happy with this watch, much happier than i thought he would. Battery life is good even with the screen showing a clock face all day. He now never misses a call or message from me as it’s always on his wrist. Great gift and am seriously thinking of getting one for myself.

What a great piece of kit for the money, it’s smart, full of tech and really comfortable. Everyone who sees it thinks is a far more expensive product and are impressed by the watch and it’s features. It’s battery life is good for about a day and a half with no use other than checking the odd notification and music selection. It can be used stand alone with strava when i go for a ride or a run so no phone needed and it has the built in gps. The battery will still last all day and when i get in bed i click it on the magnetic charger and it’s ready for the next day. It will fast charge to around 75% in 35 mins if you forget to charge before going out or need to charge it while you shower in the morning etc. . All in all a great purchase and i will undoubtedly be upgrading to the next tic was if this is anything to go by.

I had 2 of these watches during the last month. Firstly it was replaced as the step counter is really over sensitive, they suggested it was a faulty watch. The second was also over sensitive, i don’t 40 steps taking off my bra. I over looked this as it has some good features and i liked using it but today my phone calls were not coming through on my phone or watch and on the first one i could answer calls via the watch, on this watch i cannot for the life of me find a setting that will allow this. The battery life is pretty poop, but i didn’t expect much else. I can get 2 days of use if i turn it off over night which i’m not too disappointed in but i don’t actually use it loads.

It’s does what i need it to which is be an extension of my pixel 2. It can be a tad slow when using it heavily but then again it’s not designed to be heavily used. Very comfortable, i actually forgot it was on my wrist after about 10 seconds of putting it on. U can download most apps with it which is great. Battery life will last for about a day. It last for around 6 hours on constant heavy usage and around 10 hours for normal usage. It works for me when reading and replying to notifications quickly.

Usually with these products i imagine the tests are done by middle aged office workers. The battery is good but not great. I am currently a student with 2 jobs. The battery lasts 16 hours at best. Even if that’s just used for replying to notifications or using the intuitive calculator. The ui is very clean and organized. No issues with comfort and fitted my wrist well. I did sadly return the product purely due to the battery life as it was not ideal. I would recommend if you are only going to use it for time and the rare notification checking, otherwise i would look to other options.

For the price i expected better. I’m using this with iphone se with ios 12. 1 (latest at time of review) with latest “wear os” app and watch has updated to latest os. I know not all features work with iphone but i’ve had other, cheaper, smart watches better (not allowed to name them). My main issues are -1:battery does not last as long as advertised (i get 1 day). Maybe 2 days if i don’t use it?2:delayed notification on calls (a few seconds) when it actually works. 3:gps (what gps) needs phone. Claims it has built in gps but nothing- see forums. 4:app must be running on phone.

This watch has Tic’s all in the right places!

It arrived in little tin very secure, i found ticwatch quite iffy to setup & my partner did it in few minutes. Overall this smartwatch is beautiful, comfortable, good display, answer & receives calls perfectly with clear speaker play. Battery can need charging every 18 hours so overnight. Spotify is problem for me as i get mine free with vodafone and it logs in on phone details. So i cant use ticwatch add on app for spotify. Play google music works great. I had it freeze once and force a big software update, but for the money i love it.

Have returned the item after only a few days due to the poor battery life. This is a nice bit of kit, looks great and has a growing number of apps to use. It though has one fatal flaw – ridiculously short battery life. Battery went from 100% to 50% after one thirty minute bike ride.Having looked at online tips the only way to prolong it is to basically diasable all of the activity and smart watch apps/functions – gps, heart rate, fitness, etc etc etc. This sort of defeats the object of the device. Sent it back and will probably get a fitbit instead.

I’ve had the ticwatch e for over a month. When i first bought it, i wondered why i wasted my money as the battery life was terrible. It lasted, at best, 6 hours. After the first week, google updates the android wear os which completely changed the watch for the better. I’m easily getting 3 days of wear, without having to limit any of the options. It’s also really simple and intuitive to use. The watch is sold as being splash proof which i agree with. It’s been completely soaked on a few occasions with no harm coming to it. Life you’re looking for a recent smart watch at a good price then i’d recommend.

Stars might be higher if and when i can get it going3 hrs spent trying to set upand still not set up download pending then freezesgot the sony smart watch 3 aswell that was all set up and running in 15 minsthis 3 hrs and still not done.

It does everything you want a everyday modern day watch to do. Pros:keeps track of heart rate. Tracks your runs with the appropriate apps. Tracks your everyday health and fitness when linked with google fit. Really easy set up and link up with my android phone. Great voice recognition via ‘hello google’ thingallot of watch faces to choose from using different apps. Works really well with srava, zombies run and other exercise apps.

I bought these during a deal and in the beginning the watch was great. For the price which was below £100 you got a decent looking smartwatch with android wear. The battery lasted well over a day and the speed was adequate. I had a problem with the order on amazon and mobvoi stepped in and fixed in. Sadly, six months in and there’s no guarantee that the battery will last the entire day. It took my previous though quite expensive moto 360 gen 2, two years to get to the stage that the battery didn’t consistently take me throughout the day. I won’t be able to recommend this watch due to the poor battery life. Really this shouldn’t be happening at this point in the watch’s life.

Once you accept the battery only lasts 2 days at best and it doesn’t have every feature on much pricier smartwatch, then you can appreciate just how good this is at this price point. The screen is superb, as is the build quality. The wear os can take a little getting used to, but it operates fluidly. It’s easy to charge and just works really well. I fitted a brown leather strap which looks great and there are lots of accessories available too.

I ultimately returned mine to amazon. The watch would occasionally reboot itself at critical moments, such as mid exercise. What’s also very, very disappointing and would stop me buying another mobvoi product is that with the latest wearos they are forcing their own tichealth application as the swipe left screen (the screen right of the watch face). Modifying wearos in this way isn’t acceptable to me, so i have moved to a different manufacturer that does not do so.

I’ve had it a couple of weeks and i’m enjoying the novelty of it. I’m still exploring the device, but, so far, it has done what i wanted to do which is alert me to notifications and allowed me to see some information about the notifications in more unobtrusive way than checking my phone. The battery life could be better, but i charge my phone overnight anyway, so charging the phone overnight too is not a problem. There are probably cheaper smartwatches out there which could do the same job i want this to do (which i mentioned above), but i trusted the reviews and the hype, and, so far, i’ve not been let down. It looks okay too, and, if you use a sensible face on it, you can wear it to work, etc.

The battery lasts a couple of days with me and if i switch to saving then at least five days on one charge is normal. I like the fact that it gives me notifications of face book posts and of course when my phone rings the watch buzzes and i get a photo of who is calling me provided you have photos of your contacts. My only gripe would be the strap which fells like rubber and if i am a bit sweaty then it sticks to my wrist and is a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that i am very pleased. Oh and it tells me how many steps i have walked and the distance though not sure how it knows my stride length because that doesn’t get set up.

Looks big on my small wrist but is comfortable & light as a feather. I’ve had quite a few cheap smart watches but this is by far the best one i have ever had. It is straightforward to use & i haven’t had any problems connecting bluetooth to my phone or headset. The watch has wifi so you can download other apps using google play or android wear. The battery as far as i am concerned is very good, if you are only using wifi it can last up to about a day & a half, using bluetooth as well about a day depending on how often you use it. Although, it doesn’t have nfc so you can use google pay, for me it’s not the end of the world but would have been a bonus. Overall, very happy with this cool & stylish watch.

Pros:battery life is better than expected, with light use it can last almost two days, was expecting a daily charge so it is actually quite nice. The screen is nice to look at, the color is vivid and the resolution is goodsystem is running smoothly after various updatescons:this watch is very thick, g-shock level thick, material used on e version feels a little cheap compare to metal-made watches, feels sturdy throughit takes this watch around 1 second to light up after the wrist lifting-up gusture, and it may takes many times of tries, can’t find any option to twist the sensitivity in the settings, this might be improved easily through software updates. The heartrate sensor seems not so accurate compare to the ones on the treadmill in the gymsthe menu button is on the left side of the watch, as a left-hand wearer i don’t like it because it is hard to press especially when there are sleeves covering the watch, and the button itself, well, it is a button, with no particular design on it, just feels a little strange when you look at itover all a nice smart watch, so much advanced than my sony swr30, get it at 115 pounds, throught it a good value.

Battery life is much better if you disable always on screen. I notice most people do this with their smartwatch so i was putting mine at huge disadvantage by not doing so. You can link bluetooth chest straps to it for heart rate monitor which is more accurate and uses much less battery than default although need to download runtastic app as google one still runs watch heart rate monitor continuously even though its using bluetooth sensor. Most days its about 30 percent when i go to bed but use heart rate scanner continuously and it’s 2 hours. Hence why i opted to get a chest strap. Lots of storage room for apps and pretty quick. Not instant but perfectly acceptable. Google assistant doesn’t work that well and this is true on my last 2 smart watches also. Ideally it needs to store some basic commands on the watch rather than have to link to phone via bluetooth which adds large delay. At 75 pounds this is a really good buy. It comes well packaged and charges quickly though i’ve heard some saying not to fast charge it if you want it to last. So i don’t, so just 1 amp and that’ll charge up in an hour and a bit. Connectivity issues are more likely the fault of your phone closing down android wear.

My 13 year old gadget lad is beside himself with this watch and i can’t believe what he can do with it. Off mountain biking without his phone and by the time the map my ride app on my phone has uploaded the ride back home his watch has synched all the data from the ride into his phone in huge detail. He asks the watch to call me and talks to me from his wrist or dictates an sms or whatsapp message. Don’t know how robust it will be though but a top gadget.

Present for my wife, she wasn’t sure about wanting a smart watch or that this may be too big for her but she loves it, voice calling whatsapp messages, maps etc has everything that the more expensive watches have, worth every penny.

Vodafone V-Kids Watch – Good idea, poor execution

Son loves his new smart watch. Well made, location accuracy not always the best but my iphone xs max is sometimes off too. The general location coupled with voice notification should be enough if we needed to local our son. Worthy purchase if you can buy it on offer like i did. Not to sure it’s worth the full rrp. Setup isn’t straightforward so be prepared to spend sometime setting it up. Once the product is all set up it really is a good piece of kit, it takes little time to go through the process with the vodafone sim but it is worth doing. It is easy to voice message and gives me peace of mind with the sos function built in, the games are a good feature to keep the little one entertained. The gps tracking works well with the vodafone signal and no problems so far. Love this, it’s a brilliant well designed product but the battery life is very disappointing. Esta muy bien, yo se lo he comprado a mis hijos y es casi exactoen la posición aunque podrian mejorar la interface e incluso

Motast Smart Watch : Works exactly as you would expect

Bought this watch as a gift for hubby, and it is keeping him very happy. Not only it looks good (and very handsome) on his wrist, the battery life is long enough, he has so far only charged once when it first arrived, and it has been going strong ever since. Have yet to try the other functions, but to be honest, for us, the good look and long battery life is the two most important factors when comes to choosing a watch. Loloverall, very happy with this purchase, highly recommend it. I loved itarrived in brilliant condition and the very next day after i brought it too, arriving in a sturdy solid box making it very secure and safe from any knocks and bruisesi bought this beautiful watch for my husband. He had expensive smart watch before but get broken. I really was thinking i will get chip one now temporarily and late buy different. But now my husband love his watch so much.
