Instructions of how to insert sim card are very unclear, i had to take it apart to see how to fit it. It states a nano sim but looks to me that a micro sim would be a better fit. Also location is not accurate at all, it just gives you the phone mast location.
Very convenient, which give me the opportunity to answer calls and read texts on my wrist. Once connected, everything runs fairly smoothly. If you want a basic smartwatch, along with being able to send texts and make phone calls, this is worth the low price. The only problem it does look quite big on the wrist, so smaller or thinner wrists may find it a bit clumsy looking.
Birthday present for my niece who is 10 year old. High quality，worth for money. Thinking buy other one for my daughter.
Great for kids to make/receive phone calls, quite rodger and robust. Got it working with giff gaff sim’s. Accuracy and location services are exceptionally incorrect. So if you are after tracking capabilities that won’t be the product to get. (have two of those for pair of my children).
The watch is very comfortable and looks good. Easy to use for kids, simple. It’s worth mentioning that all configuration via phone app. This is good option as child can not change/reset settings. Also, it important to check if mobile operator supports 2g before installing sim card. You can quickly check where the child is and call/chat. There are simple math games to take a child in the transport.
Not a bad watch, quite hard to set up as instructions not to great. Tracking does not work which is a big disappointment as that’s why i bought it. You also have to pay to track the device, which dos t work properly.

The gps is not exacted but other functions are ok. Valuable for this amount of money.
The instructions that come with the watch are not accurate. Any sim card that provides 2g services should work fine. I just bought a 10 pound pay as you go sim from 02 and it is working. – the sim card has to be micro size.Not nano size like the paper instructions say. Don’t get stuck as i did and stick a nano size sim in there and spend time trying to get it out. – the micro-sim chip needs to be facing up and the cut corner side needs to be outwards. It worked for the first 10 minutes. I am getting that error about no device found.
I bought it for my nephew as a birthday present. He is very happy with the watch, the same as his parents. There are a lots of helpful functions. It took us 5-10 min to set everything up. I like the waterproof option, which is very helpful, especially for young boys. My nephew likes water and already showered with the watch a few times.
Its good quality and interesting ，my son very like it 。 its can sos call ，camera and game 。its really easy to register an account with ，just install app and sacand qr code ，after all just log in it， easy to use。i told him its waterproof but he still take watch off when he wash hands ，he is afraid that the water will damage his watch lol.

But doesn’t want my niece use telephone, so i decided to buy this watch phone, that is what i need it. The watch is great for calls and texts but keep in mind it needs credit if you want to listen or take photos remotely. The gps is usually a half mile off so it’s very poor for that. Great if you just want a way to contact your kids (only the people added to the contacts can call them).
Bought this kid smart watch for my friend daughter as a birthday present. She really like it and also the colour so beautiful．.
The watch looks great and is mostly easy to use. Sometimes the touchscreen is a bit fiddly especially dialing and answering calls but the phone works and the audio quality is alright at both ends. The app setup seemed straightforward (with qr scanner app) just don’t use any special characters in the device’ name or your phone will not bind with the watch and it won’t tell you why. It doesn’t have a headphone jack, the camera is bad like i haven’t seen for ages (maybe 1mp) and there’s no video call option as we thought but you can leave each other voicemails and get notified (only one at a time on the watch). Unfortunately the gps tracker with our watch is way off course by almost a mile but curriously when we are at home it is always in the same wrong spot. Overall we bought it for our kid as a phone he won’t lose (and one without plenty off games and internet access) and in that it performs great.
